I would have to say Mark Valley was the hottest, but Steve Wilder was pretty cute on Days and Melrose.  Also agree with people that said MV could play most any other role but Jack and be amazing.  I don't really blame him though because Jack actually became a brand new character when he was cast lol.

Mark Valley was hot as Jack and I thought he made a fine Jack replacement even if Ashford is still the definitive Jack.

Steve Wilder? By the time Wilder’s Jack & Cameron’s Jennifer were dealing with that Travis creep and then on the run with circus Jack & Jennifer had completely become irrelevant to the show. I tend to forget his Himbo Jack ever existed, rather here disturbed to hear he was a real life creep.

Wilder was porn Jack (shower scene) while Valley was daddy Jack. Ashford is ultimate Jack.

But back to the show. Mike was here too short and his scenes with Nancy were initially good, then became too cutesy. They deserved more dialogue, IMO, before he forgave her based on their history.

hopefully Roark comes back soon.

Kristian Alfonso rarely strikes romantic chemistry with a costar who isn’t Peter Reckell, but she actually had good chemistry with Mark Valley’s Jack when Hope and Jack were briefly friends when both were on the outs with their respective partners. DAYS loves to reuse actors, MV could’ve been brought back as someone else if the actor was interested in returning.

Side Note: I see on Laura Horton’s gravestone they knocked off a good 10 years. Born in 1950? So, 15 years old when the show premiered? That’s a birthdate more suited for Julie (despite being aged up, and then her son and grandson subsequently getting SORASed).

So, Toups told me that he's made me official if I wanna do recaps & I'm finding that I enjoy it so I will continue. It's kinda like if I like the show I like it more & if I dislike the show, well, I'm downright disgusted with it! So, on with the show, DOOL Th. 10-6

Chanel sees Johnny on the square & thinks he's homeless & she gets very wound up & begins to say how she will talk some sense into Allie & they'll be able to take him in, etc.

EJ is guzzling whiskey & frowning at his phone. (I think it's really early for him & Stefan to be drinking liquor.)

Ava is sitting in the pedestrian chair in Gabi's office. They look like it's the most natural pose in the world. Maybe Gabi & Ava should be girlfriends! They talk.

Hahaha yeah apparently now, Laura was a psychiatrist at 16, married at 17, had Mike at 18. Who would’ve thought

Luckily, priests don’t look like that in real life

It's just DAYS continuing to be screwy about ages - how old is Jennifer supposed to be? 50+ at least? And Mike is older than that... so yeah, she would've had Mike at 18. And I think they kept the 1992 birthdate for Abigail, so she was in her early 40s when Abigail was born.
