It's not just their looks -- they just emit amazingness from every open pore, from every toss of their hair, every gesture, every hand-on-hip red-carpet pose. It's a lifeforce!

I think that's just good old-fashioned sagging skin. A trach scar would be lower.

Judging by her hairline along her temples, SL probably had at least one of her facelifts in the eighties. Faye Dunaway, Susan Flannery, and Beverlee McKinsey among many others had that same look.
