Considering the circumstances of this bizarre twist, there's a good chance to contest Victor's will as everything should be divided among BOTH sons as they are both heirs. Money, asssets and everything that came about with that would be up in question. TSJTodd has been running the company and kept it afloat while RHTodd was MIA
