I think the issue is that MM has always looked her true age versus the age Belle is supposed to be. Then again, maybe Belle is supposed to be around 40 at this point, since she has a teen daughter, idk. Either way, I think she's pretty. The weird thing is that we live in a time when the people who (I'm guessing in MM's case) don't get fillers are the ones who look odd.  I admit, even I'm taken aback when I see someone who can move their forehead these days.

 

I can't get over how funny this brainwashing story is. It took Andre half an hour to brainwash Chad with images of kittens.

 

Even though I complained about sad sack Abby over Christmas I do feel sorry for her. She's been through a lot over the last few weeks. I guess they are setting up the reveal that Chad is Thomas Jack's father.

On one hand, we have viewers who will point out and cringe at botox, fillers and facelifts. Yet, then I see people (on other sites) saying the new Phillip is in desperate need of botox on his forehead. Which is it? Do we want imperfect faces that move, or this: 

I think that's just the point. Actresses and really women in general can't win when it comes to weight and aging. Even men get bashed more than they used to for looking anything less than perfect. I need to watch more TV produced in the UK. They haven't caved to the Hollywood sickness to the same degree.

Belle is a mess! I dont like the way she is written. She's awful and I felt bad for Claire walking on her mother on a date (w/2 pursuers no less), just a few hours after being told Shawn filed for divorce. And the way she dismissed Claire as if she wasnt aware or sympathetic to how it may have looked? Ugh. That girl has reason to have some serious angst. Belle is being an awful mother

 

Anyone find it odd how Joey is spending NYE at a fashion show? What teenage boy would be interested in that? I get Claire and Ciara bc they are girls and Ciara likely dragged Chase along (didnt realize we had 3 Cs here!), but Joey? You would think he'd spend it with his friends from school

How predictable that they learn Chad's the father of the baby due to a possible sickness story. Lame. I wish they had dragged it out longer and dont like this coming out while he's brainwashed. Why were they even testing Ben's blood? They dont know if Thomas is sick so what are they testing Ben's blood for?

Yep. That's pretty exquisite considering DAYS' production values. At first, I thought that must be a cap from something else. The lighting is phenomenally good for a show that does salmon chic lighting for everyone and everything.

That set reminds me of when Conboy did the GL fashion show (Alex strutting down the runway...).

 

JPL has looked busted for years. I don't think saying it means people need him to have plastic surgery. It just means they're saying he looks like [!@#$%^&*].

 

It doesn't bother me that much that MM looks a bit old as Belle. What always bothered me more was her glaring anti-chemistry with all of her leading men, and her limited acting abilities. 

Belle is coming across like the domesticated Sami. It doesnt work for her to be a lite version of her older sister

For Days the production values were rather lush. Theresa's big fashion show was rather unimpressive. Philip and Belle have zero chemistry surprisingly Belle and Chaddie bot do. in the beginning i liked the edgier Belle now she's coming across way to hard, bitter and slutty plus she's very bitchy towards her kid. Kate being a total bitch during the whole event was very annoying. Paul has been reduced to a unick.I feel sad for Nicole and Maggie, Daniel was never one of my favorites but i'm sick of all these death's. So Eric became an alcoholic off screen grieving elephant girl. Eric's descend into alcoholism should have played on screen.
