ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS:

For those of you who have not been able to log in, or have not received emails from the SON community that would aid in your doing so, please be advised that we have thoroughly investigated and resolved the issue.

If you submitted a request for a password reset, had trouble logging in, or requested to receive a daily/weekly or monthly digest of topics you are subscribed to, the email issue was resolved as of Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Unfortunately, any email requests submitted before the above time will not be received by the requester, as the system cannot re-send emails on its own. You must submit a new email request.

NEW MEMBERS

For those of you who recently registered and did not receive your validation email, we have re-sent those emails and you should have received it by now. If not, check your spam folder. Also, I am aware of a potential delay with Yahoo! as our email send provider is sending emails on a deferred basis: "The recipient mail server asked SendGrid to stop sending emails so fast."

We're looking for a way to bypass this, but in the meantime, this is the reason given by our provider.

Should you continue having issues receiving emails from the SON Community, please email [email protected] and Toups and I will try and get back to you ASAP!

Thanks for your understanding.
