Not a good episode. Lifeless. John-Paul Lavoisier acting like himself. You know how he’s going to say a line before he says it. Not natural at all. He’s a clown. Days is so dull. They put a bunch of scenes together and call it a show. I miss the Days when something happened.

Of course it was a bad Jamey Giddens episode. SMH. Such stupid predictable rhetoric by @Liberty City BTG was great today. I’ve become a fan of Jamey Giddens because of LibertyCity. Keep in mind that Michele Val Jean, Sheila Ducksworth, Julie Hanan Carruthers and all of those Executive Producers listed sign off of Jamey Giddens’ breakdowns before they air. If his breakdowns are so bad, it’s on them to make changes and all accounts say that Michele Val Jean personally wanted Jamey and got him from Days. I’m a fan of Jamey now. Thanks Liberty. I very much enjoyed todays episode of BTG.

Ratings. Plain and simple.

That is 100% correct. Sony and CBS solely care about ratings, not quality. There was a big move underway to remove him when B&B overtook Y&R in the demos last quarter but Josh managed to bounce back. As long as the ratings remain high, the execs at Sony and CBS are happy. They don’t care about how bad the show is or how much better it could be with someone else at the helm.

Lethargic. That is the only way to describe Days. It’s SO BORING. Even the background music makes you want to sleep through the show. ZZzzzzzzzzz

When I saw Jamey Giddens name on my screen, I already knew it will be a bad episode. lol

SO very sad to hear about Joyce Becker. She LOVED soaps and brought so many soap fans together. I went to many of her festivals. Every single one of them was filled with enthusiastic love for the soaps and the fans. An incredible champion for daytime drama. Very sad news. ❤️

Trivia night with sleep inducing background music coupled with dull scenes = boring show. Filling airtime with no long term purpose. Days has gotten so bad. There is a lethargy to the show. A bunch of scenes put together. That’s what Days has become.

It’s been just about a year now since these headwriters have been credited onscreen and their reign has been a disaster. The only good material they wrote was due to a real life situation - Drake’s passing and writing that into the show. The rest of their material is just plain dull. The show is not interesting. They write a good scene here and there but there is no cohesiveness to the storylines. I’ll take Ron’s writing anyday over this dullness. Time for another plan to save Days, Mr. Corday.

I love MCE. She was great and wish her all the best health moving forward. But to me the highlight of this episode was Greg spilling tea about how a male actor on Days stuck his tongue down Greg’s throat. He didn’t name the actor but I have a good idea of who would do that.

Oh let us guess! Jamey Giddens breakdown was terrible.

There’s no question that BTG is getting renewed.

Always so good to see Leo front and center in Salem. Leo’s been around for 8 years now. Time flies. Can’t wait to see what’s next for the throuple. Greg continues to do great work along with Peter Porte. Sarah and Dimitri continue to have the same hairstyle. Good thing they aren’t in scenes together. Paul Telfer is beyond hot.

Good Leo episode today. I’m all for Leo and Dimitri with some Javi thrown in there. Advice to Jackee- do not include this episode on your Emmy reel next year. Her acting choices today were - strange.

I saw Jamey Giddens’ name in the credits and figured that an intern really screwed up.
