Jeanne Cooper interview with TV Guide.

I am utterly *dead* at this part of it

TV Guide Magazine: How are you handling the invasion of newbies on Y&R?
Cooper: I tell these kids they better show up fully prepared, lines learned, or they're outta here. It's amazing how much these young ones don't know. They don't have the training we did. [Laughs] But, hey, they're good at taking off their clothes, so there's always porn.

Monday's Victor-Nikki wedding felt like Y&R to me. I think TPTB did a good job with the decor, the flowers, the repetition of Nadia's Theme and, especially, the vows. MTS in particular was and is a STAR. I really loved the episode.

And my Ashley was back! Eileen Davidson. Having her back sort of makes me sad about

They have such great family chemistry together.

I have come to the conclusion that if Billy Miller or Michael Muhney never showed up in Genoa City again, I wouldn't even notice.

Tony Todd as Leslie's father last week was amazing. I love his voice, his whole demeanor. You can tell that's an actor right there. Angell Conwell was great, too.

Well, it's nice to see Jess included on something, given that she's on limited recurring by choice and often left out of these publicity events.

The new management at CBS Daytime has been so much better at promoting the daytime lineup than whatever Barbara Bloom and team were doing.
