@allmc2008 so sorry that happened to you. :(

You can share whatever you're comfortable with. Thank you for the little snippets, even those are interesting. To think the iconic "God, I feel so restless!" line wasn't in the original!

@allmc2008 Understood. It is difficult to feel willing to share things if you have been treated poorly and disrespected

That original line he had was terrible. It's fun whenever you can compare an accomplished writers revisions vs their previous draft. It adds a wholesomeness.

You aren't treating @allmc2008 poorly, @Vee @Khan and @SFK. He has the need to be excessive and demand validation (speaking as a former friend of his.) I saw multiple posts of his on a Facebook group I am apart of which I know he's going to screen cap whatever makes him look good. While the Lily Montgomery comment was uncalled for and can be considered ablism @SFK, I understand that it had to get to that point because he crosses boundaries. He has posted many times on the Facebook group about how stupid people are when it comes to soap history sharing screencaps from this board. I wouldn't be posting here (reviving an old account) if this hasn't gotten on my last nerve. @allmc2008 bribing people for an apology is not going to make you friends with people whom you already burned bridges with. If you are going to share the Y&R post, share it. If not, don't dangle it around demanding that we all bow down to you every whim.

As the poster who (inadvertently) ignited the drama on the OLTL thread, I hope that we can all move forward.

We are here because of love/interest in soaps and really in the overall scheme of things it's just some fun and escapism. Like any community there are clashes, things said that perhaps shouldn't be and so on. But we all keep coming back.

So@allmc2008 I hope you decide to post and know that you've chosen to bring some positivity and enjoy being able to share those treasures.

End of speech.

Someone who has your number, apparently.

I'm 99% certain you are the legendary Casey Hutchinson who created "Forever and a Day", right?

I'd re-post this classic dance with or without an apology from passionate soap historians who would rather create their own drama than enter into civil discourse

Stick to the topic, please. Personally issues should stay off board and elsewhere, preferably. We welcome all posters.

Hah, I posted this ep last year courtesy of a friend who wants to stay anonymous. We had been talking about the clips in the Vault and I'd been reading along with SOD. I was telling him that I'd read about this scene and was disappointed that the clip poster skipped over this, and it turned out he still had this ep from 1985 on VHS and sent it to me!

Sorry for my role in this. I will not do it again.

The synchronization is the best part, it reminds me of Ross and Monica's New Year's Eve dance on Friends

This video makes me wish for the days of soaps having a bad boy type who plays with the women in town while being the preppy rich boy, and the popular girl who holds power over him.
