I do hate Roger and Faith, very proudly and loudly, all day long, but I adored Randall Edwards as Delia. I absolutely treasured her. I said it in the thread many times, but I may as well say it again. So if you want some positivity, there it is. 

Santa Barbara and AW are both terrific threads full of fans passionate about the shows. I just don't see it any other way. Sorry to those who do.

Calling others who offer a different viewpoint "hateful, hateful people" or "bitter nobody's" (sic) typically doesn't enhance one's credibility or underscore one's mission to be helpful.  

I've never seen As The World Turns, so I haven't read anything on this thread.  But I saw this tweet today and thought I would post it here:

Exactly - I really don’t mind or care what his preferences are, we all have them. However, that hyper sensitive and defensive (not to mention) belittling language doesn’t earn or deserve any respect. Trying to police people who don’t share your view on a message board will never go over well.

So sorry to read the sad news about Rita.  She was one of my favorites when I first started watching ATWT.

She's always a pleasure to watch in those rare episodes available online featuring her character, part of a bygone era for ATWT even well before it ended. Best thoughts to her and hers.
