They have to know she's mentally unstable. Even if they didnt think she'd resort to murder, they  know shes impulsive and violent. Having her there was torture and they dont give a damn about her mental health. Bill wanted the family there; he didnt say Dani had to be. Thats all on her parents

He said family, which meant everyone, including Dani. C'mon now. Don't pick it apart like that. Bill knew if Dani was not there, others wouldn't show in support of her.

Out of all the first week of soaps that I saw in real time (The City, Port Charles, Sunset Beach, and Passions), this has been by far the best launch week of a daytime soap I’ve been alive to see.

First days for me: GEN, CITY, PC, BEACH ... yep, best launch. Yes, by far. OH, Santa Barbara.

The show is so damn good. Like there is tons of mystery and intrigue with these characters. It's been a fascinating week, the cliffhanger was good.

I love the dynamic between Martin and Bill.

The others would have come bc Vernon told them to. He has that pull from what the show had shown. And regardless, my point remains. Her parents played with her mental health which they know is fragile. They ain’t sht

Well, we're clearly seeing it differently, then where Bill's perception of "the family" is concerned.

I agree and I've seen all the ones you've mentioned in real time as well.

That overkill line from Bill to Martin was so smooth. Great writing

I know some people are speculating that Dani was daydreaming but that’s something Passions and Tyler Perry did all the time so I hope this show avoids that lame soap trope. I hope Dani really shot the gun but intentionally aimed it away from anyone just to be dramatic and cause chaos

I’m ready for Dani to be on the backburner for an episode or two. She’s an exhausting character to be on 5 days a week with all of her high strung antics.

Ted being a twin is not by happenstance.  And who's to say that Ted's brother and his wife are actually dead.
