June 5, 201312 yr Author Member Yes, this is exactly Gia. We've seen Franco kill people and heard him talk about killing lots of other people. I understand that is being whitewashed today, though. Not whitewashed. Erased!!!! Just like his part in Michael's rape. Erased. That is the only way to successfully get Todd 2.0! There's no redeeming/forgiving a sociopath, so FRon aren't asking that of us. But a misunderstood twin who went to far to get his brother's love? That can be redeemed. Danny and Carly are first up to bat!
June 5, 201312 yr Member And it will probably work. I've already seen people say that we never saw Franco kill anyone, that if people in PC liked Jason they should like Franco too. I just wonder why there isn't half as much time spent on actually strengthening the canvas instead of making sure people weep for the dullards Howarth and Easton. There's not even an attempt to show any believable POV from Sam or Carly before these pairings start up again. Instead, Sam is written as a bad mother, Carly as being an awful person for not humping her son's rapist immediately.
June 5, 201312 yr Author Member They are asking that, though. No they aren't. They've erased the things that really cannot be forgiven or forgotten. Michael's rape and the killings. You can't make a psycho serial raping killer the central character, so they are removing those crimes. There's a DVD showing us that this man made it clear that Michael was not to be harmed. Sam's rape? From the beginning, we never knew so any writer can back out of that one if they needed to. The killings? Those didn't happen after all. They've made no mention of kidnapping Carly or strapping a bomb to Lulu. Those are either going to be forgotten or there are DVDs to the contrary. All of FRon's energy is going into this character, so you better believe he's not a sociopath now. He is just a man who wanted his brother's love and things got out of hand.

It won't be long before we start hearing those who dominate this industry (what's left of it) say that people who don't love the OLTL rejects are "bad fans." The worst part of a Ron and Frank show is anything they do gets lauded, they're always right. The fans who didn't go along with the Ford drooling were pooh-poohed to the end.

I think I've said this before but maybe I chickened out because I know it's offensive. But this reminds me so much of that horrible joke about rape and not being able to change it. Ugh!
June 5, 201312 yr Member Wasn't that Gia's initial role? Yes and Epiphany is black and also a bitch. And Maya's first day she was a bitch.

Some people are jumping up and down for joy that Franco had nothing to do with Michael's rape and he's not a serial killer. Who was that saying "fans are very forgiving"? Were they wrong?
June 5, 201312 yr Member So stupid of Shawn, gunning for Franco in public, such a waste of time. Dr. Douch knows all and sees all. Hate. Wana cut of that ponytail!
June 5, 201312 yr Member Someone please wake me when the OLTL 3 and newbie teens are not dominating this show. My guess is something good might happen during November sweeps.

June 5, 201312 yr Author Member These are probably the same people who think Sonny and Jason are hero's No! They are Roger Howarth stans who will take him in any form and are happy that he is not playing a sociopath. Nice try though
