Were things any better at all with Bill Bell on set, or was he just EP in name only?

JMO but Y&R being the #1 daytime drama for so many years hasn't really been a good thing.

Morina is guilty of killing Y&R but we don't know all the facts on this actress.  Frankly, her story sounds thin and somewhat implausible.  

Most of what you say is implausible and regularly disproven, but we've never stopped you from posting here.

What would ANYONE have to gain by standing up against someone like this if it weren't true? Any chance at an acting career for this woman is put at EXTREME risk for even speaking out in the first place, let alone filing suit. The idea people would make these things up for a quick cash grab when they'd have to go through such legal and emotional upheaval beggars belief.

Not sure if she would even want the job, but Wendy Riche could at least get Y&R on the right track, and Y&R could benefit from a smart, capable woman EP leading the show if the allegations about Morina are true.

Bill Bell was EP on the creative side in that he approved absolutely everything. 
 

But there was always another EP who was in the studio on the floor dealing with direction, how scenes were going (back when they did multiple takes and rehearsals), sets, actors etc. That is the role that Morina has been in, and that David Shaughnessy and Ed Scott were both in for many years. 

In all the time Morina has been EP I don't think he has given one interview. So we have no idea of his vision for the show and how he brings that to fruition.

I'm sure he'll go and hopefully the next EP will do something(anything!!) to improve the show.

Wendy Riche has been off the soap grid for a looooong time. Has she even had a daytime gig since leaving GH in 2001?

Yep. And DAYS was starting to get that way under him too. Even though I liked his production values.
