Listen, guys, let's put all this rancor about the various Billys aside. I'm making my bi-monthly attempt to watch a full episode of this interminable show, and I'm really going to give this new fellow a shot.

Today on Emmy-winning Young and the Restless, starring fresh-faced newcomer Burgess Jenkins...

That would be funny if Burgess Jenkins wasn't only 40 years old.

It's funnier because he looks at least 45. Younger than springtime!

That's entirely possible. Lol. I was thinking really hard. I was almost embarrassed to admit it.

Lol...I have like 3 that I know for a fact...and another is very suspect at the moment. Mind you, out of those 4, only 2 are openly gay. That's why, when people say "family" programming, in my head,...

I don't want to say it but he looks every bit of 45 if not more.

Part of me thinks this is a tactic on JFP and CBS's side where they're using this guy as some type of fall guy before they can attempt to lure the overrated as hell Billy Miller back.

If they'd all been so "dull and lackluster" there would not be a genre left to speak of. This show, OTOH, is dull, lackluster, and bad - all, incidentally, relatively synonymous.

The Dull & the Lackluster. Did they finally get around to changing the name of this show?

Still majorly shipping Chelsea and Billy. I did when David Tom, the slightly less than perfect physical specimen, was also bonding with chelsea. BJ looks good without a shirt. A plus. He's a far superior actor IMHO. He looks too old, but GH has a woman paired with a man who appears almost a decade older than her father. Soapies have to deal. I'm in Chelaea/Billy heaven.

That is all he is.

Who is the GH couple you're talking about? I'm drawing a blank.

He looks the same age as KSJ, who is 48. IMO.

KSJ looks younger than 48. This entire discussion is ridiculous anyway. If women in their 40s were called "old" over and over on this board, there'd be screaming, and for good reason.

It is ridiculous beyond belief that some of you are active as if actors in their 40s are frickin ancient. Discussing this guy's age ad nauseum is too much. It's not like he's being paired with some teenager.
