I had to!! The crappy music bothered me too much!! Both the SFX and the music break the spell for me. If Days could just get those 2 items right, I'd be good to go. I could deal with any other issues that I had with the show. It's the crappy music and SFX that are the deal breakers for me....

WOW ademption... thanks for the good work . I don't have an account with coffeerooms, won't be getting one say your replies are really (hopefully) what will make the change here. Seriously the SFX are make and break for this show and imagine how many other fans feel that way!! I wish Corday would get that thru his head! And Wyman or whatever!

And I seriously doubt they are going to change the starting or the words. Corday has said 10x over that the starting would not be touched/altered in a dramatic way, particularly when EVERY show had gotten a new starting people were asking about DAYS. He said no no no. I think it's perfect and classic now and should not be changed.

Corday may do a lot of dumb things but I sincerely doubt he would change the opening and get rid of Macdonald Carey's voice. However, it would be nice if the opening music used during the SSK/Captive Island plot would be the permanent theme. It was very soapy and dramatic.

This is return of Stefano has been a big joke, IMO. His laughing at the end? So over the top it was laughable - NOT creepy or disturbing. If they wouldn't get Joe, they should have gotten someone who could pull it off right.

The rest fot he show, meanwhile, is superb...
