Too soon to make any kind of conclusions but I’m still optimistic about what this new regime can bring to the table. But I do have to admit that if Heather’s scenes today are any indication of a redemption/reformation arc, then that’s pretty stupid. Tate/Holly was the best part of today. I like the conversations that each of them had with their parents. And the reasons why they’re doing the things that they do could have a pretty interesting impact on the canvas. I hope Tate ends up being the angry/messy good guy that we all wanted Tripp or Johnny to be. I think the actor can really pull it off. Harris vs EJ could be interesting as well. As for John/Steve… I wonder who came up with this storyline that didn’t actually happen back in the 80s lol

Ewwww Maggie. You can do so much better than Konstantin. I liked the conversation that she had with Julie. Her being lonely does make a lot of sense and I actually it could be a good storyline, if it wasn’t for Konstantin lol. And I’m also glad that Julie got to have scenes with Eli before he left. I did kind of like Harris/Ava too. To me, it starting to look like Ava’s finally getting her edge back. She’s not a psycho villain but not a pushover victim either and I like that. And even though I don’t like the storyline, I’m looking forward to Steve telling Marlena everything about John.

Agreed. They lost interest in these characters/actors too quickly. And yet RSW and GR have been shoved down our throats for years 😂😂

Fluffy? Who’s Fluffy? 😂😂😂 That’s literally the only thing that they could do for both couples. The show had chances with them, with things like Wendy and Johnny’s relationship and the Dimera curse that Chad warned Johnny about, and they just didn’t take them.

I’m not gonna lie, today was a little boring lol It was nice seeing everyone so happy, but the whole time I was wondering, where do we go from here? What stories can they do for these characters, especially Johnny/Chanel and Tripp/Wendy. Btw, it was a huge mistake that the four of them weren’t put in a big messy quad together. And, it was too bad about Eli/Lani too. I’m glad they’re getting their happily ever after but just like with everybody else, there was so much that they could’ve done with them.

I’m curious about that too, what happened on and offscreen. The writers strike only lasted for two weeks in March. I wonder why AW didn’t have have a head writer til August. Whose projections were they following?

EJ annoyed me today. I get why he’s gunning for Tate so hard, but it seems so heavy handed sometimes. But I do like what Holly’s trying to do. It could lead to good storyline for her and Tate in the future. They just need some friends their own age. But I think that this is a lot better than her just having amnesia. At the same time, I don’t really get why Harris is sending Xander up the river, when he’s in a similar situation to Holly. And, I like the way Sarah was used today. Having a character interact with characters that she doesn’t usually interact with is always good. I also thought it was kinda sweet when Tripp called Wendy his wife 😊😂😂

Yep. And sadly, she died saving the life of someone who deserves to die lol and also because that someone was too selfish to help her.

Yeah. Terrorists hijacked the Achilles Lauro and all the plans for the location shoot were scrapped and rewritten. I think Nancy and Chris actually did go to Egypt, but that was all shot in the studio.
