There was a rumor going around that the scabs changed the original plan for Everett, but I haven’t heard any follow up about it.

I liked the Julie/Everett scene and Julie telling Everett stories about the Horton family. Susan and Blake have always been a real interesting combination lol. But Idk about Julie telling Everett that he looked like Nick though. Nobody noticed that until now, not even Gabi, and I hope it doesn’t mean that Everett gonna turn out to be a twin or something. The Marlena/Paulina scene was nice. Paulina’s fears and concerns are very real considering the situation that she’s in. I think Jackee did pretty well too. But I still don’t understand, and probably never will, why Ava can use her mob connections to break Clyde out of prison but can’t use them to finally kill his annoying ass.

Haha ok I remember everybody playing basketball in that all male episode that she produced about Joe's bachelor party 😂 Well, in that case, they did seem to get a lot of promos wrong. Except for "It Will Excite You" 😂😂

Are we sure that Jill had something to do with the promo? Judging by the actors that were in it, this looks like it came out when Chris Goutman was the EP.

I think they could have made Konstantin and everything with him fit in, without messing up the timeline or rewriting history. They could have said something like Konstantin also did business with Stefano back then. And that Stefano sent his Pawn to Greece to kill him and accidently killed his daughter. It's a bit of stretch but at least it wouldn't contradict anything.

None whatsoever. John did work for Victor a little while later, but it was after he had removed the bandages and gotten away from Steve. Victor even had John looking for the Pawn for a while.

In the original storyline, once the whole game/competition thing that Victor was a part of collapsed, he stole the Pawn from Petrov and kept him at his house for a little while. Victor then decided to have the Pawn moved to another location, but while they were moving him, he broke out and ran off. And that's when Steve found him and kept him at his apartment. Steve only kept him because he thought that if he was the one who found the Pawn, he'd have a good chance to move up in Victor's organization. I'm not even sure if Victor ever even found out that Steve kept the Pawn from him.

I thought it was pretty good too. I didn’t like or believe that Rachel would actually leave Mac for Mitch, especially after everything they had been through the year before, but I enjoyed everything else. That year just seemed to fall apart after the hostage crisis, which I think was around the time Corinne Jacker came in.

I think John’s backstory is finally complete, but the Konstantin storyline rewrites part of it. The Pawn never worked for Victor as an assassin. It would make more sense if the writers had tied it to Stefano somehow, instead of Steve and Victor.

It definitely has to do with the writing. When Theresa first came in, she was written like a drunk gold digger. But under the scabs, she’s being written a flawed person but still a mother regardless of that.

So do I. Tate still resenting them would be such a good beat to play. And it can also be somehow tied to the secret about Alex not being Victor’s son.

Theresa/Tate/Brady was the best part of today. EOB’s Theresa is always at her best in scenes where she’s being the mother figure. Theresa confessing everything to Tate needed to happen, and now that Tate knows the truth, and that he and Brady finally made peace, it could play into future storyline, not only for him but Holly too and for Brady/Theresa/Alex/Kristen. Jamie Martin Mann did well again. He’s really good with making the facial expressions that convey what Tate is feeling. I liked the Holly/Nicole/EJ scenes too. With the way that Holly played it, I think she might be lying about not remembering, which makes sense to me. She doesn’t want get into trouble and she doesn’t want Nicole to feel like she failed as a mother. And I like that EJ is still so determined to pin everything on Tate. That could lead to some good conflict for him and Nicole. Harris seemed a little Jason-like today, but his scenes today were a little unexpected and I like that. I still find it a little sad that Stefan is so pathetic though. He’s a friggin Dimera. And an Alamain 😂😂 And Harris finally finding out who the dirty cop is and also using Stefan to get Clyde could be good to see. And as for Konstantin, he’s still an annoying pain in the ass and I don’t like this storyline or the history rewrite.
