I'm glad too on the first two and yeah...was shocked about the last one. Still not sure what to think about it. I could see that getting complicated with Pete and David as business partners too and obviously with JR and Cara, kinda fun from angles but seems plot driven.

disgusting. I know this show is into pleasing David's dick since 1997 but enough of this [!@#$%^&*]. This is why this show needed Damon, you have Griffin there doing nothing and all we get is to watch Vincent motherfucking Irrizary going shirtless and thrusting? The [!@#$%^&*] summer is coming and this is the only sex this show has to offer? mad.gif

We don't all watch for this guy! !@#$%^&*] it I'm sending that to PP's more AMC. They need to understand this [!@#$%^&*].

I want to know too!

I'm shocked and really looking forward to it!

I'm sure she'll show up whenever Miranda discovers her true paternity to help Bianca calm her daughter down.

Which was widely despised by fans! But I see your point,

are nowhere near as repulsive as that was.

I think we're still going to get the Kendall scene.

For a while we saw Bianca regularly. Now we don't see her but are to believe she is still there (unless I missed something. I don't remember Bianca leaving). At some point we will see the Bianca/Kendall scene and Bianca will leave town.

I think it's better they did it this way, spreading ER's scenes out and having a period where Bianca is still in town but not seen, than having her leave week 2.

    • The CBS live stream I use isn't working, it just keep repeating the same three commercials then freezing.  I can't access the show.  Grrr.  Will have to watch later on cbs.com or pplus

My pretties! After this I better NOT hear one word against Steffy from Brooke or her mini me AT ALL!
    • My first thought was that Amanda was supposed to come back. Kathleen did come back briefly Christmas 1987, maybe that was supposed to be a permanent return and they changed their minds? The OTHER possibility: there were a few hints dropped when Alan returned in 1986 that he had some kind of tragic romance while he was away, possibly in San Rios. Maybe they were going to bring in another daughter that way? Is it possible DORIE was slated to be revealed as his daughter? Yeah, she was too old, but this is a soap. In our perception he was gone 2 years, but maybe it was longer in soap years. I always wondered why they never took advantage of that two-year gap. Lots of backstory they could have created. They eventually did do that with Roger.   Interesting how that commentator had no problem revealing the backstage chaos at the time. Seemed to even piss her off a little.

    • LOL - well ironically, on their last night in Florida, Reva and Buzz got into a car wreck while tailing Alan and his business associate. They were trying to prove that Alan was in charge of that Avnet company that was creating issues with the 5th Street rebuild (which of course Alan was, and of course Alan lied to Alan-Michael about it on his wedding day, etc). But yeah, Reva was trapped in the car for a bit, but they were able to get her out before it caught on fire and exploded.  It became sort of a non-event after a couple episodes, but Reva needs to avoid cars in Florida

You’re welcome!   You have such a great memory, which I love. I guess I’m not surprised it was panned by the press, but I do think there were some gems within (the nuptials, Alex/Amanda sharing a room, Nadine shoutouts, etc). I’m a huge fan of soap opera openings, mildly obsessed because it’s so nostalgic for me. While I didn’t watch GL back then, I still knew their 90s opening generally and always loved it. The dramatic music and lighthouse effects that start it out always gets me excited, very reminiscent of AMC’s or GH’s dramatic opening music overlaying the scene. I was just so frustrated how infrequently they updated it in 1995 and into 1996, so I’m so happy to see the updated versions. I’m now a few more episodes into May and the second/B opening just debuted and I love it!  It closes with Dinah. I loved, loved the version with Harley and her dancing as it closes out. Tangie replaced her, which wasn’t as great, but then when she left, it was just a fireplace closing out the opening for 9 months. Now we have Reva and Dinah, but still nothing beats Harley’s scene in that spot.
    • Dani: I am not ashamed of you. Just look at you! But I thought we agreed to keep this quiet. Andre: Do you see anyone else in this room? This is quiet. It's just you & me & me wanting to know what's happening here? Dani: Well, Andre, when 2 people, let's say, are highly compatible, have chemistry, etc., etc., etc. there's this fascinating thing called sex! It's like a mutual hobby but sweatier. Andre: Yeah, more entertaining & very fulfilling. I'm just saying what else is there to us? Dani: And, you do it very, very well. I didn't hear you complaining earlier. Andre: I mean, I'm not, but I also like you when we're not having sex. Dani: Is that unusual for you? Andre: I mean, I hate to admit it, but yeah, ... Before by now, I'd be feeling restless & ready to make my next move, but with you, it's different. Why can't we take this to the next level? Dani: When I was with Bill, I gave him everything that made me me, to the point where I didn't recognize myself. I can't risk the abyss again.  Andre: You know I wouldn't ask you to do that, right? Dani: I know what a good man you are. I need time to figure out the kind of woman I am. I need to keep us where we are right now. Does that make sense? Andre: Yeah. Yeah, of course. You do you and I'll do you. I'm gonna go.  BTG 5-19-25 S1E55 Dani & Andre talk after sex
