I don't mind Kim still being on for all the reasons you posted. However her being employed and on the show as she was in s1-3 is one thing, her having episode long story arcs and being featured is another. I'm not here for that.

Marissa and Faye both should have been back. Taylor, too. And I would have gone on bended knee to get Camille back also as a friend, if nothing else. Any combination of these four women would have been better than Carlton and Boyce. Yes, I said Boyce; once this ugly spat with Brandi fades from memory, she needs to build on the audience goodwill for her, but I fear there is nothing really interesting there, except for the hair.

Marissa grew on me as last season wore on. Her tribute to her father-in-law Richard D. Zanuck in one of the episodes was very heartfelt, real and moving. Her last blog post on the show was also very gracious. And her look watching Faye tear into Brandi and then Lisa tear into Faye was priceless.

One article said LuAnn is not in the first 3 episodes, but she'll be featured prominently as a friend. Looks like she hosts one of their big dinner get-togethers, from the trailer.
