Speaking as a dermatologist...I'm really curious to see how Lisa's lip revision is going to turn out. Her lips have been in the shape they've been in for decades. It's no surprise that she's had to resort to actual surgery to correct them. It's a big risk she's taken...I have always really liked Lisa because she's one of the few women in LA whose in on the joke, yes, she's an attention whore, but she's funny and doesn't take anything seriously.

Hope this wasn't posted. Surgery for Yanni? Kinda sad...

Former Dynasty star Linda Evans underwent a massive cosmetic surgery makeover at 50 in a desperate bid to keep her Greek lover.

The actress was 47 when she met and fell for new age musician Yanni, who was 12 years her junior, and she went under the knife three years later in an effort to stay looking young for him.

She tells the Globe, "I wanted to still look good because I was with him - and so I could feel better about the age difference.

"I was 50 and things were starting to fall and get creepy and I thought, 'You know, I could have a little help, and it'd be a good thing...'"

The romance didn't last, but Evans has no regrets about going under the knife for the love of a man: "I'm not sorry I did that."

Oh Linda Linda Linda... she truly could have gotten away with everything else, it's just them damn lerps. ♫Ladies leave your lips alone...♫[/to the tune of Jumpin' Jumpin'] I saw her being interviewed, maybe it was ET, I don't remember, and she was talking about the plastic surgery she regrets having and the interviewer asked her (oh so tastefully  ) what specific procedures did she regret. She answered something to the effect of, "Well, I think you can look at me and tell..." :o:( So sad. But she has always been beautiful and still looks great with her hair pulled back and up off her face. If she had a good doc do a lip revision on her she'd be scraight.

She looked scary in 2006 on the Dynasty Reunion: Catfights & Caviar. The lips were all swollen and the coloring bleeding over into natural skin tone. Not as bad as Joan van Ark, but same concept where the lips just seem to be spreading across their face.

Interestingly this topic was broached on a Sci-Fi panel in Germany a while back, Marina Sirtis (Deanna, TNG) and Mary Mcdonnell (BSG's President herself), and I found it interesting that MS underscored the term "Real" Actress. I wonder if some of these women who haven't gone under the knife are starting to stand up and say no way to the pressure of the youth-obsessed Hollywood machine.

I think as fans/viewers we should also start demanding that our actresses be age appropriate and NOT surgically altered. Seems this is an issue both sides of the screen (the makers and the watchers) have to talk about loudly.

A post-surgery photo of Lisa. She looks a bit like Paula Abdul.

Some at Go Fug Yourself are saying this is similar to Jennifer Grey, but unlike Jennifer, who ruined herself for no real reason, I think Lisa had to do this both for the future of her face and also to get attention away from just duck lips. Now if she could find some good roles and also continue to stop dressing like a porn star, the future will be bright.

I wish people would get over Jennifer Grey. I think she looks beautiful now and always has. Its been overexagerated for so long. She looks recognizable to me. I dont see how she ruined herself. She is one example of good work. There are some celebs who alter their look and end up looking a complete mess. She doesnt
