Unfortunately, I believe that Al Alarr thought that GH fans would flock to DAYS to see SB. Instead, you have fans like me of both shows who are so glad he's gone from GH but so furious that he's at DAYS. And, adding TB to the mix just compounds the problem. Literally, they played opposite each other 18 years ago. My God, why not hire Martha & Jon (Lily & Holden/ATWT) since they were last together 13 years ago!!! Got plenty of acting couples out of work!

What I recall is that the NBC execs at the time had high hopes for PSSN to immediately return HUGE numbers from the get-go for an older demo than they ended up with & that they had some challenges monetizing with the age that they got. So what you're saying, I think so.

Did CBS combine with ATWT and Y&R often? I ask because I have a single print ad that is combo ATWT/Y&R themed "Secrets" but I have no idea of its date. Just happened upon it last week. Have seen lots where ATWT & GL are in together but this was a first.
