A twist they said was never done before.

. Whatever.... They got the hype and the ratings by using misleading info.

Like we didn't see that coming ... Li's bizarre appearance, no funeral, no visits from Li while Steffy in hospital, etc.

Therefore, Sheila's situation is basically same as when Taylor shot $B.

that doesn't "change everything" if anything Finn being alive brings everything back to the way it was. This is so messy. Just mess for the sake of it. No stakes, as usual. Just boring and pointless.

ETA: Steffy should slap the crap out of is mom/dad for putting her through this. Why would you put his WIFE through this? Just a MESS.

Someone we thought dead isn't actually dead so they could milk the drama of their death with zero ramifications? Riveting.

Days does this on a weekly basis.

The never before twist with Finn:

1. Cloned - oops

2. A woman - oops

3. Inhabits someone else's body - oops

4. Plastic surgery - oops

5. Believes he's a long-dead character - oops

Don't promise viewers and fail to deliver. The story, even with so many missteps, could've stood on its own. The ratings and JMW's performance prove it. Further, KB/Sheila are still riveting - B&B needs to stop writing Sheila as a criminal and keep her as a catalyst.

Sheila is evil.  She is only a criminal.  I don't "love to hate" her.  I just hate her, and I will always wish she had never existed.   I'd rewrite it so that Li adopted someone else's child and not Sheila's child.

I find absolutely ZERO redeeming or interesting about Sheila.  She was always disgusting on Y&R and always disgusting on B&B.  Any moments of "humanness" she seemed to show ... were all part of her psychological manipulating.

I tuned in on Friday because I read that Sheila would get a visitor in Jail.  And the guard acted like it would be really good.  Then it was Brooke.  Yawn.  I had kind of hoped - and tuned in - just to see the reaction when Finn confronted 'Mom' in jail.  But I didn't even get that satisfaction.  This is a yawner for me.

    • Sami's Three Stooges stole the show today

I enjoyed their individual scenes with other characters before they all came together at the Pub to commiserate over their relationships with Sami. I thought that was broken down pretty well. I just wish it had gone on a little longer. And I actually found it kinda funny too lol it seemed more mature than what we're used to. That's the kind of humor that should be on a soap. But I'm not really sure about all this talk of Dante Vitali and Sami's engagement though, especially since it doesn't look like Ali Sweeney is coming back anytime soon. What's the point of it all if we're (probably) not going to see it? It also looked like today was the first round of Brady vs. Xander as well lol I enjoyed their fight, and I'm interested in seeing this storyline play out. Even though I'm sure that Sarah will ultimately go back to Xander in the end, I'd like to see what happens along the way, and how they and everyone around them are affected by this. Btw, Theo and Jada? Idk. I still think he had the most chemistry with Arianna. And he was a bit of a dick too. It also seemed a little out of character for Jada to be so OK with him being such a dick  And though Alex and Stephanie were very boring again and need much better conflict than this book stuff, I am interested in the mystery of who's targeting Alex.  And yeah, I know this is a nitpick, but why is the Square still open after the gala? Isn't it supposed to be really late at night?
    • In fairness, Hillary and Bob Woods were thick as thieves again at least by the end of OLTL. But both she and I believe Mark Derwin not so subtly dissed Kale Browne in the oral history, lol.

    • Frat Boy Jr.'s reaction to seeing Luna was just awful acting. It was so bad that I started laughing.

Does anyone have screenshots of it?
    • Geez, I hadn't heard that Doctors story. HBS really did go through it.
    • No offense to the actors involved, but dear God in heaven: I don't know HOW viewers managed to get through that storyline with Maggie, Frank, Cal and baby Jill without running into oncoming traffic.  Then, to make matters worse, they dragged poor Diana into the mess!  I don't care WHO gets that damn baby!  Just wrap it up and move ON already!
    • Poor HBS.  To have to put up with Stephen Burleigh, who stuck his knee between her legs while rehearsing a love scene on THE DOCTORS, then told the director that's what he did with his wife; Kincaid, who had more hair on his chest and upper lip than Koko the Gorilla; Kale Browne, who taped his lines all over the OLTL studio floor, because he couldn't ever be bothered to [!@#$%^&*] memorize them; and Robert S. Woods, who apparently thought it was still 1979 and that he was still smolderingly sexy, so why should Bo Buchanan be stuck being in a happy marriage with Nora?  After all that, no wonder she jumped at the chance to play a lesbian on VENICE, lol.
    • @Maxim Thank you for the mini-review and clip from several pages ago. I appreciate you using the Bo/Alex clip as them meeting again by this point was a real surprise to me. The scene has some layers, getting a glimpse of Alex genuinely wanting the best for Bo rather than gloating. I was disappointed it ended with Tina dragging her out of the room for some much less interesting sparring (I did enjoy Alex pointing out just how quickly Tina got over Cord).
