Which is appropriate if they are going to pretend Luke is dead but not bringing Lucky (and, urgh, Ethan) back even temporarily for it is insulting if they really want us to take it at face value.

Also: just because, if they are going to genuinely kill Luke, bring back Skye temporarily just to give ME a treat.

I’m just glad Jane Elliot has allowed herself to age gracefully, and if she’s had work done, it’s been very subtle. It’s telling when people like Jackie Zeman and Leslie Charleston are in the same episode…

I was thinking the same thing. LC and JZ didn't look too bad. I guess they must be in-between procedures.

So General Hospital really killed off Luke, off screen? Is there a particular reason (either behind the scenes or story-wise) as why they chose to do this now or did Frank and writers just throw a dart at a board of ideas and this is what it happened to land on? This seems so random to do now. 

As random as bringing up Jeff Webber for a few episodes with Elizabeth, and going nowhere with it

This offscreen death of Luke, while TG is still alive, is so bizarre. I’m sure it won’t be real but why on earth do this at all? And the only mention of Lucky is that Laura told him over the phone, no worry about whether he’s okay. Guess they’re really never bringing that character back.

But, at least, Jane Elliot brought back my fave hairdo of hers.

It is scummy as hell of Tracy to not tell Laura, assuming she knows Luke isn't dead (which she may not!). I thought they'd gotten beyond that with each other.
