Pamela Bellwood appeared in The Doctors and had a running role on The Nurses (not sure if the primetime or daytime version) so qualifies as a Soap Hopper! Looking at that photo it does resemble a young Pamela Bellwood, so perhaps she was using her real name as a stage actress and didn't have to change it until she got an agent to get into television, Do we know what year the photo was taken? -

Pamela King is a different actress. Bellwood is younger(born in 51) which would have made her only 13 when playing Lisa!) She did act under the name Pamela Kingsley She references her name change in this 1971 article about her appearance in 'Butterflies Are Free' in Florida with Ann Sothern and Beau Bridges. Agent responsible for name change "My real name is King, but when I first went into show business, there was already a Pamela King, so my agent added the 'sley' to my name."
