You forgot Steffy “shoots” Sheila and I guess the Police and flea bag hotel don’t notice a bullet in the wall.  Sad the Olympics are over...I was watching that instead.  Yep, even though during the day it was curling, biathlon or cross country skiing it was better than this.

ROTF!  Can you imagine Bill wailing about WhyUGHt and Katie being inappropriate?  That will be fun for 2 reasons.  The first being...DD not having the skills to sell this, especially when, 2...Bill stepped out on his wife twice with her sister AND slept with his son's wife just recently.  I mean, this is going to be hilarious and must see!

I know right?  What leverage does he have to complain?  He's slept his way through families multiple times.  Remember when he had his workout room off the office turned into the "secret love room" to meet Brooke behind Katie's back?  When he was professing his monogomy and loyalty to his wife (Katie)???  What does his opinion even matter now - what could have been something decent as a reveal is now just ZZZZZZZ.  Bill will bellow...but for what?

I was thinking the same thing.  He can sleep with Katie's sister while they were married, and sleep with his son's wife, and he goes and call Katie and Wyatt relationship sick.  Good Lawd!

So I guess with have two more folks that'll have reason to shoot Bill.  The way he reacted, my guess is he'll threaten to take away Wyatt's job and custody of Will from Katie or something.

The way Bill has gone from town pariah to being remorseful and now back to the devil incarnate is giving me whiplash.  And this story is just a ridiculous, plot driven mess.  I can only hope that it won't be boring.  That's how low my expectations for this show is nowadays.  And then in two or three weeks from now, they'll be on to the next story.

I thought KB was erased from the show? She never made opening credits during her time. I suppose they could bring Deacon and Shelia back so that none of the 'important' actors/characters would be at risk.

The irony being that SK/KB would be two of the best in a shockingly weak cast - save JY, RS and KKL. HT would be there, but H8ie is such a maligned character and so would PD, but Bell blew his chance by not casting her as Sally1.

If Sheila is involved, I think it's the first time she interacts with Bill. 'Cause, you know... he used to be Brad to her.

I wonder if this time Brad Bell has asked some experienced writer for help penning this apparent whodunnit. Because he's never had any remote clue on how to write either for Detective Donut, or for any lawyer on the show... Even the Stephanie whodunit was a fiasco. Judging from how the story is kicking-off, no, he hasn't asked anyone for help lol.

I wish someone would tell Bradley Bell that Daytime Emmys don't mean squat anymore, so he'll finally get rid of Katie Logan. And quit trying to make Wyatt happen. And if you're going to actually use Thorne, just bring Winsor Harmon back and we'll pretend Jax was never there.

Until then, peace out B&B

    • Also, the lawsuit story was not the right story to bring Naomi and Bill into a court battle since those types of lawsuits are usually resolved via settlements.
    • I know that Sara did eventually become Carrie's therapist, but I was curious if the show had her make comments regarding Carrie's stunts of making it seem as though Justin was cheating on Jackie.  Given that Justin cheated on Sara with both Jackie and Brandy, I wondered if it was wise of her to counsel Carrie given the conflict of interest involved. @DRW50I think once Adam/Sara end up married.. Marland didn't see any reason to explore Sara's personal life after the actor playing Adam was released.  I know that Sara lasts until at least Christmas 1982 on the show.. but I don't think she ended up staying on for very long into 1983. The period between Marland quitting and Pam Long starting was the perfect time to clean house on characters that had outgrown their usefulness  (i.e. Ben, Evie, Sara, Jennifer, Morgan).. and tying up stories started by Marland that were too complex (Mona Enright, Mark/Jennifer/Amanda triangle).
    • Unpopular opinion:  The focus on the soap opera tropes over the mysteries and crimes was partly what did the show in.  Also, featuring characters not involved in the legal, police, and criminal elements also hurt the show and took away what made it unique. Featuring characters like Jody, Raven, Sky, etc hurt the show long term.  The show ABCified starting in 1976/1977 and then went through a youthification period starting in 1981.
    • I feel like the lawsuit storyline was resolved quickly because the show didn’t want to spring for more sets.
    • It's been a while, but we have seen the foyer to Bill and Hayley's house as well as the exterior entrance to their house. The foyer was first seen in the premiere episode when Hayley met Vanessa at the house.
    • There's still a year or two before Larkin arrives. Joel is there already. EON does noticeably youthify, although I think they carry it off. Admittedly I haven't seen most of the Jody stories, which from what people here have said aren't great.
    • I don't mind the actor who plays Brian. He's fine. The problem for me is that Paige seems so wishy wishy. She doesn't seem to have much of a personality at this point so I don't see why Brian would be so besotted with her. She just lurches from one trauma to the next. Granted, it's only been a month, but she's not as vibrant as April or even Deborah who has had minimal screen time by this point.  I do worry about the influence of GH on the show since I'm in fall of 1979 and characters have conversations and there's not the drive to "youthify" the show. However, I think Marceau (sp?) is gone. He was given a rather tame sendoff. How long was the actor on the show? I hope this is not a sign of things to come. I worry the show is setting up a murder mystery around one of my favorite characters and I will be mightily annoyed. I also noticed in recent Search for Tomorrow episodes uploaded to YT that the actors playing Logan and Eliot showed up. I don't watch the show but they were in the screencaps. When does Larkin Malloy show up or has he already left? Joel Crothers hasn't shown up either unless I've blinked and missed him.
    • Dr Linden. She treated Vanessa's drug addiction (although Vanessa seemed to forget that by Henry's suicide attempt) , and she's mentioned during Reva's PPD. Although I can't recall if she's actually shown right off the top of my head. She probably was temporarily shelved when Sonni was a therapist (between her crazy times) And I think Billy sees her after he falls off the wagon after Reva's death.
