I'm glad you know the actors personally so you too can speak for them.

LOL That's really rich, considering that so many on this board act as if they know everything that goes on behind the scenes at YR. When OPINIONS are outlawed around here, I'll rethink my posts.

Which comes back to Victor and using GhostCassie/Mariah! If GhostCassie wasn't taunting/haunting Sharon, things may have turned out differently. Honestly, though, when it comes to condescending hypocrites, the Newman clan across-the-board is quick to judge while dismissing similar or worse actions to "protecting [insert any Newman name here]" SC has done a great job or making people root for Sharon again after all those years of horrible writing and making her trampy.

Phyllis was NOT being confrontational...she was trying to get away from Sharon and to Jack and even tried to call him when Sharon confronted her and wouldn't let her pass. Then she tried to take the phone that didn't belong to her by the way and caused Phyllis to fall. Sharon was the confrontational bitch that day.

And to top that all off Sharon still really has no remorse as she was trying to stop Phyllis from telling yet again until the 3 musketeers arrived.

Even if Sharon was the guilty, combative party when Redzilla took a fall last year, let's not forget that Phyllis caused Sharon & Dru to go over a cliff and never really paid for it. Sheer karma if you ask me.

Besides Brad and Neil, Phyl didn't catch any real heat for that crime or any other for that matter.

This is what pisses me off with the Newmans. They have selective memory and persecute certain ones selectively.

You said her being confrontational caused her fall..but she didn't fall this time when she lured Sharon to the scene of the crime (so she could remember). So how did her luring Sharon to the stairwell last week cause her fall a year ago???

Sharon and Dru caused that as well and Dru should have been minding her own business in the first place.

I don't blame Sharon so much for the initial fall. Leaving Phyllis was pretty bad though. Then trying again to grab her phone at the top of the stairs was pretty foolish. I'm interested in where all this is going though. It'll be interesting to see who is there to help Sharon pick up the pieces. Joe, Adam, someone else? Lord knows some man will come running soon enough.

    • Even if by some miracle Knots Landing continued, 1994/95 it would have been killed by ER.

    • Assuming that Marland had been allowed to write the Carrie story the way he'd envisioned, Millette would've been involved in the story. And she might've played a role in Andy Norris' return (if the speculation on that had ever materialized, and Marland loved bringing back bad boys) But he doesn't seem interested in Sara's personal life. And the women of Springfield could only be analyzed so much.
    • This better be something, because as I said, so far it's just cliches and stereotypes -- the story we've heard a thousand times about the homeless person who doesn't want a home and prefers to live on the streets.
    • @rsclassicfanforever thank you very much for the recent uploads of season 13 containing some episodes that were skipped or glitchy on YouTube!  I had a look at 3172 though and there is no audio for most of it? Would you have a copy with complete audio? Fingers crossed! Thanks again!

    • I like Margaret well enough in what I've seen of her as Paige - she is green but she has real star power.  I agree about the actor who plays Brian. He's...mostly just there. Not bad but not great.  My main issue is with the guy who plays Owen. He's just not appealing to me. I can believe Nola being obsessed with him, but he's draining to watch.  I'm surprised people objected to the quasi-incest elements as it wasn't anything that new for soaps.  Speaking of Kim, here's a rare episode of an anthology show she did called The Evil Touch.

    •   I get what you're both saying, and I think the show was lucky to have even made it that long, but I think they could have still maintained a certain audience - Second Chances did before the earthquake. CBS was an older network anyway. I think the premise of Knots was still usable, it was more the characters who were a problem - many of the older figures were played out. If the show had done a better job building up its younger cast instead of making so many poor choices in the late '80s and early '90s, they could have kept things going a little longer.
    • I wish I cared about the homeless lady as much as everyone else seems to. After the nothing burger that was the lawsuit, this just feels like another boring Naomi storyline at Orphy Genes since she has no office.
    • That's great to hear. Thanks. I wish that was more readily available.
