July 5, 201312 yr Author Member I beg your pardon. You will not pin this on me. lol...so sorry Completely unintentional!
July 5, 201312 yr Member The explanation for Monica's willingness to let them stay there is actually a pretty good one. She's trying to lure them into her camp in the supposed battle for ELQ that isn't really even a story anymore AFAIC. So her hospitality has a purpose. But the mistake they've made is by not showing any interaction between the New Q's and the Real Q's (the ones that are left anyway). So it just looks like they've replaced the Quartermaine family with a whole new group of imposters and they've taken up residence in the Q Mansion. It's just weird. And Stupid. We should be seeing Monica and AJ as a natural part of all these people living in the same house. That's the benefit. But it doesn't promote the story Ron is telling so it gets neglected. He doesn't have a reason, storywise, for Franco and Ava, or Kiki and Morgan, to interact with Monica or AJ so it's ignored that they should cross paths. It's those attentions to detail that leave the show feeling so cold and heartless. This would never happen on Y&R. It used to happen all the time on old OLTL too. Robin Strasser.said in her interview last week that barely anyone who lived in La Boulaie interacted with each other when OLTL was on ABC
July 5, 201312 yr Author Member OMG I'm all in for Nikolas and Britt Sonny and Olivia are hot They are setting Liz up to become Lizzard again. She pushes Nik away until he gets with someone and then she fiends for him. Brooke Lynn all over again! It seems that no matter who the writer [or the person masquerading as a writer], Liz is destined to be drawn to sleezy affairs. AJ is safe and simple, but Nik is a challenge and she loves longing for the man she is not with while the one she's with looks like a punk. Why would they even waste time with chemistryless Quiz when CarnAj is the better [way better] option?
July 5, 201312 yr Member Mac and Felicia should have told Emma to enjoy her doll, not offered to buy her a present she would have enjoyed more. Not even. The characters are smart (at least Mac)--he should have realized a doll was inappropriate given the time, and he would have if someone smart were writing the show.
July 5, 201312 yr Member Sean chooses Sonny over Alexis. Britt lamo Kaka Michael Morgan worst scene ever.
July 5, 201312 yr Member Ugh this dead baby Ariel nonsense. I'm not going to lie - the whole thing made me laugh.
July 5, 201312 yr Member LOL it was funny, I get that but also very forced--Mac shouting "It's Baby Ariel's Leg!" etc--who would do that to further traumatize Emma... And yes Sabrina seemed like the bad guy here--she knew there'd be a bad reaction. And Michael being horrified by Kiki being oh so loosely tied up, etc, etc.
July 5, 201312 yr Member who the heck is Ariel? my guess is the doll either Felicia/Mac or Sabrina gave to Emma
July 5, 201312 yr Member my guess is the doll either Felicia/Mac or Sabrina gave to Emma awww and someone burned it? Good; I cant stand that little bitch
July 5, 201312 yr Member I don't watch regularly at all anymore (not since April) but I heard about Ariel the doll getting barbecued and watched that on YouTube. OMG, HILARIOUS.
July 5, 201312 yr Member I was dying - the doll "peed" on Britt so she freaked and threw it up in the air and it landed on the grill and went up in flames. Mac was trying to scrape all the burnt baby doll flesh off the grill And then they buried the doll. It was SO ridiculous but it really made me laugh. Also ridiculous - Nik asking Britt to watch the fireworks with him and Spencer. Who does that? Who asks a complete stranger to hang out with them like that? I'm looking forward to them interacting though. Little Aiden is ADORABLE Edited July 5, 201312 yr by AlexElizabeth
