Thankfully his scenes were salvaged! I wonder who the other character was he could have been? Damon Porter? But he came on the year before? As they explained on their thread, sometimes they have a power failure, in which case the server/drive/whatever goes down, and they then fix it when they can. They don't owe us anything.
