Y&R Discussion: Week of November 13

Hopefully this week will be a good week on Y&R:

It looks like Ji-Min will take on the task of finding ways to get rid of Kevin and Gloria from Jabot...unfortunately for Jack, he's got enough problems when Victor starts to circle around him to learn what he's up to.

More bad news for the Winters family as they try their best to protect Devon.....Could Neil and Dru's lies catch up to them?

Also, things get abit strained for J.T. and Colleen when she learns that he's investigating Prof. Korbel.

Talk to you all soon about the good, the bad, and the ugly of Y&R.

JT is the town’s new super detective and his method of investigating is...

*drumroll please* to google!?

WTF!? Get this loser off my screen or at least write sth. interesting about him - JT is really resistant to everything - he underwent three different headwriters and still sucks...

Bill is already in Hongkong!? WTF!? I want my Chancellor drama, damn it! This was one of the few good storylines right now. Sheesh!

Loved me some of my favourite Y&R men though: Jack & Victor & Ji Min & Zapato... LOL! And Jana + Professor Corbell - with the upcoming art gala we will never get to see considering Y&R’s break-neck pacing - are also intriguing whereas Victoria is still a shade of herself. Can she be any less charismatic?

I remember I used to praise this show religiously, but the rapture couldn't substain itself. This show is in the bowls.

This show's a complete joke and I only watched about 15 minutes and turned it off. That's sad.

Colleen and JT need to get off my screen.

Jana of all trades needs to, needs to, needs to.....DO SOMETHING ALREADY.

Det. Sullivan we're NOT deaf, we can HEAR you. Tone it down you silly [!@#$%^&*].

The smiling giggolo is working my last nerve.

I hope Ji Min NEVER leaves.

I liked the music at the starting of the show.

I thought this was a good episode. Althought I HATED the reliquary, I'm enjoying this now that Professor Cowbell is thrown into the mix. I just hope it doesn't get back into the cheesy Action!Brad stuff.

Nice seeing Victor around with Michael and Ji Min. He's been so much more enjoyable since the epilepsy storyline. You can tell Eric Braeden is actually trying again. Same for Jack and Ji Min, these two are so devious together. Now just go along with the Ashley/Ji Min romance!

The Winters family trying to excape on the jet was hilarious to me. I know they're trying to get Devon the ear implant, but the fact that they have a jet just cracks me up so much. I would love to see Dru on that plane one day.

The only thing I missed was Katherine and Jill's storyline! It's easily my favorite thing on the show now so I can't get enough of it.

I HATED this, it was dumb. SOOO plain stupid that it's not even funny anymore.

After the first ca. 7 horrendous minutes of the show - and Friday's craptacular episode in particular - I was thisclose to turn off the TV. Thankfully it got much better after that (not much Neil, Dru, Murder sh*t )...

Is Jana the new Gina? She's all up in everybody's business.

Jana and the number of jobs she's done.

I bet if there was a discussion on crack whores, she'd chime in and say she was one for a few months.

:lol::lol::lol:

I'm really curious: There MUST be sth. about her. Can't wait to see her exposed... And no, I'm not talking about hers and Kev's porn tape. ;)

I was at the laundrymat today and we trashed Nikki, Michael, Victor, Phyllis and Nick but good!

Nikki has some nerve saying Sharon/Jack are flaunting their relationship. She better get off her high horse. Her and Victor swear the air they breath is so purified.

Nick and Phyllis are so stomach turning. They're not cute or sexy at all; bunch of horny dogs in heat.

In my opinion, and this is just my opinion Q Steph, so don't throw me under the bus

I think Sharon and Phyllis both are throwing their relationships around in each others faces, and Nick and Jack follow suit. I don't think that Sharon flaunts her relationship with Jack in front of others on the job, in fact, I will admit that Sharon and Jack have more taste when conducting themselves at Newman. Phyllis and Nick on the other hand are always stuffing each others tongues down the other ones throats.

Sharon and Jack both feel robbed out of their former relationships; Jack wanted to start a family with Phyllis, he loved her, and to see Phyllis glowing with another man's child hurts him every time. Nick is so smug at times that he just looks like a jerk to me; however, I do think he has genuine feelings for Phyllis.

Point blank, however, neither relationships will survive...that's a given. Victor will destroy Jack in a way that exposes him in front of Genoa City, and in the process could destroy what Sharon feels for him. As for Nick and Phyllis, hmmm, they may be having a baby, they may have gotten married, but they haven't gotten over their exes.

Speaking of Jack, did anyone else laugh when he was talking to Victor about how Billy is a disappointment to the family, and how if John were alive, he would be disappointed in him as well? I laughed because Jack has been talking out the side of his butt for the past week about how 'one is to have integrity and honesty," yet he's pulling the wool (or at least thinks he is) over everyone's eyes.

Once again, Jack will be the big LOSER when it comes to Victor Newman.

I agree completely! The only reason Nikki made that comment about Jack/Sharon is because she has always hated Sharon basically because Sharon is very much like Nikki. Now that Sharon is with one of Nikki's men, it's probably pissing her off even more.

I loved the scenes with Jack/Sharon/Nick/Phyllis, Phyllis is so tacky, but I love her! I'm glad she's getting some of her spark back, but I want to see her manipulating again. She's far too happy with Nick and they're getting stale. Sex does not an interesting relationship make!

Jack probably will be the big loser, but I don't know how crazy I am about this. I agree that Victor should want to take him down, but when will the REAL villian in this story go down? GLORIA is the one who needs to be knocked down a peg.

It's going to be so sad watching her and Kevin gloat when Jack is finally taken down. :(

Michael better watch his own ass, because it took Victor several nanoseconds and two phone calls to figure out what Jack was doing. If Jack is revealed can Gloria be that far behind. Victor has already told Michael that he (Michael) was to involved in this hold thing. Michael thinks he's slick but Victor has been living in Slickville a whole lot longer. I can't wait to see this evolve.

Yesterday Victor mentioned that he didn't have Epilepsy, and told Michael that he had those seizures due to a Traumatic Brain Injury....

I guess Victor was misdiagnosed by one of the many incompetent doctors in Genoa City, who also seem to always be prescribing medications that their patients have the most extreme reactions to.......
