To piggyback on that, Doug Stamper's therapist this season is the same reporter that hounded Erica and Bianca about Bianca's sexuality before she came out.

DAYS: Behind the Scenes, Articles/Photos
Can someone else me with this? Years ago there was this Australian site that did recaps of old episodes of Days, 90s Reilly-era Days, I think they got the show maybe 5 years after it aired. I remember them being hilarious, full of screencaps and synopses and my first introduction to the show. Does anyone remember the name of that site?

"Honey, they are gonna cancel your car insurance!" LOL! Soaps are just not funny anymore, it's a damn shame. I've been watching a lot of random episodes from 1992-1995 and wow the show was so great then. Erica was in her PRIME. Kendall's introduction added a ton of layers and story to her character. And the rest of the show is just as good. Pine Valley feels like a full lived in community.

Yeah and good on him for not letting him off easy. Natalie Hall (Colby, AMC) is in the pilot for the CW reboot of Charmed.

This is one of those scenes where you see why Alicia Minshew was cast as Susan Lucci's daughter. Personally I think the acting is atrocious (Eden Reigel has almost no lines and acts better) but she's trying and putting her all into it and you still, despite the...everything, come away from it feeling sympathy toward Kendall. I don't think she or Susan Lucci ever phoned in a performance in their lives, I know Lucci never did. She played Erica to the hilt no matter how terrible the material.

Does anyone remember how Brooke was written out of the show initially? Was she written out or did she just stop appearing? I keep running into AMC clips and Brooke/Julia Barr is a much more important character to the show than the last decade would make you think. I so wish they had cast stronger actors to play Laura and Jamie, it could have kept Brooke relevant for longer.

Reign Edwards (Nicole, B&B) is in the new horror movie Hell Fest. She’s great in it and it really exemplifies how soaps are wasting the talents of their younger crop of actors.

Rauch. Makes sense.

She looked and acted like she hated working on Y&R. Maybe she was just in pain. Who was the EP while she was Mac? She says her fellow actors were kind but not execs or producers.

B&B: Old/Classic Discussion & Articles
I'll give B&B credit for one thing: consistency in unhealthy obsessions with the love lives of each others relatives. Beautifully shot, the music is exquisite, the sets are enormous but the writing is awful. And the episode is so creepy. Ridge, Thorne and Kristen discussing their parents marriage like they're little kids. Ridge in particular is intensely concerned with his parents marriage. Maybe it's because Ronn Moss can't act but he's talking about the problems in his parents marriage like it's nuclear armament. And then we have the Logan actively encouraging their mother to have an affair with Eric. That's bad enough but then you have them on the kitchen set of the Hogan Family and it's like what twisted sitcom is this??? Naturally every scene with Stephanie is elevated because SF is a force of nature. The end scene is weirdly, wonderfully composed. You'd never see shots like that today.

He's beautiful but he really wasn't a very good actor.
