I think both had to go, but after this season..Kelly should be next to go. I liked seeing a happy Shannon..and her boyfriend seems like a nice guy.

I'm relieved she's taking part...I'm hoping she isn't a long hauler cause she needs some light in her life after a horrible year of bad luck

OC had a good start...intrigued enough to keep watching

Just from watching that clip plus the Locher room live streams...Kim Zimmer seems kind of like a bully. She would be problematic in a real life job...so probably best she was an actress on soaps where that behavior is more tolerated

Actually the way he blackmailed Delia into sleeping with him in the mid 70s...his actions in 1984 and 1985 weren't jarring. I didn't like Delia ending up back with roger..it seemed like a step backwards. By late 1988, she had a business that was doing well, a young boy toy and seemed happy. Her ttalk with Joe where he guilted her..showed how it would have been better for Delia if she cut off contact with the Ryan's

Not just having Covid..but she and the new boyfriend quarantined together...and I guess their parenting differs. I am interested to see how Shannon is with her new love. Is she different with him vs with David...has she learned anything, is she carrying baggage from David. Also, Vicki was wrong about one thing...when she said to Shannon to remember who was there for her...she can't be referring to herself cause she wasn't there for Shannon. I also think Kelly will get the fairy tale edit..but I'm sure viewers will not be taken with her as the drunken princess with the fiance with creepy eyes

I think OC and Dallas having shorter seasons will be a blessing...and maybe BH will follow suit

I haven't really watched a lot of Potomac..is it a nice balance between drama and their day to day lives?

I noticed Alan will be less guarded if it was a show he wasn't involved with...like Another world, the Doctors, early GL. And he was less apt to censor the Maureen/Amelia/Rick interview.

I remember miami was originally about women who lunch...hence all the lunch gatherings...and the reboot in season 2...so no surprise Poltomac was about manners in season 1

I always wondered how soon Nina set her sights on Philip...and it appears fairly quickly. I do wonder how different Jill vs Nina would have been had Dickson stayed on and not been fired. I bet less flying off the handle reactions from Jill.

I was thinking she is the modern day Karen lol She did seem to have better time at AMC (even Genie Francis liked it at AMC better than at DAYS or GH). Maybe her Megan dislike also stems from AMC in addition to GL? I think Pam Long was more of a collaborative head writer than an iron fist one. She had great people under her...and even Curlee said she was a good head writer..and collobative.

I feel happy that Kelly will get edited to show her true nature this year on OC. With Vicki and Tamra gone, she can't hide behind them anymore

Cynthia is beautiful...no wonder she was a successful working model. And some say she's boring..but I think she adds an element surely needed. A counter balance to the OTT housewives.

That's why the 80s and early 90s on GL we were blessed with Long and Curlee that wrote strong Male and female characters of varying layers and dimensions...with active work lives, love lives, friendships, and friendships.

The dream curse post 1795 was the last time the show seemed to write a good story in the present day. Vicki being the final victim made sense because of her connection to Barnabas, plus her history with Angelique. I think Vicki knew deep down Barnabas of the present was the same as the Barnabas of 1795..she opted to block it out. She had recall of all of 1795 including Angelique...but not of Barnabas. Just my view.

I can believe the Mctavish story...from what I've heard over the years..Pam long seemed to be more collaborative so possibly she might have been influenced by Mctavish. Anything is possible.

The Claire and Ed ONS wasn't a bad idea..both came together in grief so it made sense in a way. Even Claire becoming pregnant made sense storywise..and could have been milked for years. Didn't the show explain Claire's change in 1986 via a medical issue?

I do agree with Susan because Claire in 1983 through 1985 was an awesome character..but I think Pam Long leaving was what kind of derailed the Claire character. The whole Ed/Maureen/Claire/Fletcher story could have spanned a long time.

Laughed when Susan said that she got a bruised rib because of John Wesley Shipp not knowing his strength, etc.

Isn't the actor who played Kurt married to one of the Frannie's from ATWT? If so, she should be asked to do a ATWT one. I would love to see a Blake reunion with the 3 adult Blake's. I know in the 90s...all the actresses did a photo spread together including the child actress who played Blake. Would be interesting.

I think OC is back 10/7...and I'm thinking Kelly will get the bad edit..imho.

And yet Alex is still happily married and living her best life..while Lu hasn't. Karma is a wonderful thing:)
