I feel like each of these roles were properly cast, but none were given anything to do. Especially when you think of Lily's kids, it makes no sense to SORAS them so early and then do nothing. It's a waste. I feel like whenever they return I'd just keep them as teens anyway since we didn't really get to utilize that time period for them. Ana and Fen of course should've been a couple, but I'm glad Loren Lott is gone and thriving elsewhere.

To be honest, I can see people liking Ingo's post without watching or reading the caption. I do that a lot scrolling through instagram. I think that can tell you a little bit, but to be honest we really don't know where a lot of these actors stand. Nobody would've guessed Canadian Jacqueline McInnes Wood was a big anti-vaxxer, but looking at her follows on Instagram, she is. My biggest thing with this is wondering who we DON'T know about. I feel like when they announce certain exits we will be very shocked by those we didnt expect to be like this.

Because of the connection to Peyton Place I do wonder if the show is buried in a vault somewhere. The problem is, nobody would take the time to look for it so it doesn’t matter if it is. I know UCLA has around 5 episodes of the show, but still nothing has popped up I do find it wild not one episode of this show has ever popped up

I agree with this. Now that Peacock is available on Fire Stick's, I've been catching up since I prefer to watch on my TV and June was such a strong month not having to see Ben or Ciara. I accept that they're popular, but they really are such a dull couple and dull characters for me personally. I don't even care about his past, I just find them boring in general. I'm so late so I won't go into detail, but I've been loving the show once they wrapped up Charlie's death story. I'm not almost to the Olympic break and I love that the Carver/Price families are real movers and shakers and not just a once a week thing like you'd get on Days or in the background like on GH. The show has integrated them well. nuEJ doesn't bother me too much, but doesn't make much of an impact. I'm very curious to see where he will be in six months time. Now I just need to get through August and I should be caught up in time for Beyond Salem! I'm glad the spin-off is happening at a time when the show is actually good. Makes it more exciting.

The finale of RHOM was Alexia’s wedding, which was canceled when her mom died… I agree. Clearly something big is going on behind the scenes. Too much is leaking and they aren’t commenting. I think the reason they’re avoiding a reunion is because of what happened with Dallas. It’s best to just move on as y’all have said. I just hope they give Bershan another shot. I think she was great casting for RHONY and deserves another shot. After this weeks boring episode it was nice to see her heavily appear in the promo for next week.

Andy said on his radio show that RHONY reunion films tomorrow. Luann is still in Europe and Ramona in Aspen per social media so either they’re posting old stuff or it will be virtual. I’m curious to find out.

I must say I do hate the one episode a day thing. If it were on tv I would get it, but streaming should be about doing it at your own pace. At least they could do a bulk of the season at a time. I know I'll probably wait a few months before I start.

He was also a big “issue” storyteller but he didn’t know how to make it interesting. It was very after school special. I feel like with Lucy the show is in good hands. Kirkwood had gotten burnt out but the show isn’t in bad shape. She’ll keep the show familiar but energized. I’m excited for what she brings.

For those asking about Lucy Allan, I actually loved her first stint. I watched all of Kirkwood's first stint into Allan's tenure. To me this was the best Hollyoaks EVER was. Lucy Allan got a lot of criticism for her focus on teen/young adult stories, but at that point I feel like Hollyoaks was always a younger show. Yes they had families, but the focus was always primarily on the younger characters. Kirkwood started ushering in family units like the McQueen's and Valentine's, but it still felt like a younger show compared to the other British soaps. In general she just kept what was working and didn't really change much or overhaul the show which is why I liked her. When she left, Paul Marquess completely gutted the show. He fired a bunch of people and brought on a TON of new characters and families to make it a more traditional family based soap. He changed the look and feel of it and to me the show has never been worse than when he was writing. It still annoys me when I see characters he created (like Diane) still around. The only good thing I can look at now is that I do like that the show is more family focused now, but I wish yall could go back and watch his episodes. It was truly horrible and a bad time to be a Hollyoaks fan, IMO.

That's good to know. Party of Five is one of my all time favorite shows. I see he also wrote Pasadena, a really good short lived primetime soap. He also has an Emmy for Picket Fences, so definitely a writer who seems to have a good reputation. After that horrible Tim Burton movie Dark Shadows deserves a shot as a good continuation so I'm going to keep my fingers crossed.

I've always wondered this but I'm not sure. I just notice neither mentions each other on Instagram, but both have very family focused instagrams. It's odd that this is the one relationship they don't feature. They also don't follow each other.

He did mention having to tailor it to CW's tastes, but the new script they're shipping has stripped those elements and is closer to the Dark Shadows brand. I hope that it gets a good streaming deal. I'm not sure what network I could place it on, but it definitely seems like something that deserves to at least get to the pilot stage. Time is also of the essence since he wants to include some of the original cast in this as well. I wonder if they'd recast Victoria since it seems like she could potentially have an important role down the line.

Kenya also won her court case to allow Brooklyn to film. I think what also worked against the husbands in both cases is that they had no problem allowing their kids to film and only decided it was a bad idea once they got a divorce. It’s hard to argue you don’t agree with it when you previously signed a release for it.

ES has controversy attached to him but he’s an actually good producer. When he went to Days and then B&B he modernized the production values so much you instantly knew changes had been made. He especially has done wonders with B&B which I feel was so dated prior to him and then Kay Alden bringing the show into the present day.

Ji Min’s death likely came from someone else because LML loved diverse casts. I remember she brought on a Black family to Knots Landing with plans to make them leads, but the network put a stop to that so Lynne Moody quit. On Y&R the Winters were front and center so I can only imagine she planned for Ji Min to have legs if allowed.

Y&R has a history of behind the scenes scandals and it makes me sad that it took until 2021 for the mainstream press to cover one of these stories. Why couldn't the same have been done for Victoria Rowell and all the Black people treated like garbage? It's a shame. The one positive is that the show might finally improve since they'll be forced to replace him. He was terrible as EP anyway. The show has never looked worse than it does now.

This episode made me SCREAM! If I had any doubts about Erika (I didn't), this sealed the deal. Say what you want, but the fact that her story keeps lining up with his lawyers tells me they're in cahoots. Even if she didn't know, she's clearly working with him NOW which is the problem. She's in court fighting those victims left and right for money. Erika is EVIL! THIS MAN IS NOT SICK! I was so mad nobody clocked her when she kept mentioning that. He was fine and giving hour long speeches LAST SUMMER! He only got sick when he got referred for criminal charges. This has been going on for 10+ years. Erika is sticking to the "He got sick 3 years ago" story which we know is false. Lastly, these bitches are dogs for what they did to Sutton at that table. Dorit is the most two-faced nasty monster on this show. A sniper from the side, as they would say. Not only did she change her story completely, but she's literally mad at Garcelle because Garcelle clocked her racist comment last week. It's not a coincidence that happened and suddenly Dorit is gunning for Garcelle. I hope Garcelle DEMOLISHES her ass next week! This was GOOD and I feel like this season is going to be on a high from here on out. Garcelle and Sutton deserve HUGE raises next year. This season would be nothing if you took them out and brought back Teddi. They're giving Best Of HWs tea.

Two more episodes are left with no reunion filmed, but Eboni claims it’s scheduled to be filmed. I feel they’re trying to clean things up after the bad press, but something is going on. Someone held up the reunion and someone leaked to the press. I still believe it’s Luann. I have an inside source who DMed me that Bravo is upset with her because of this and she may not return.

So basically Simon was telling the truth the entire time. She IS pregnant by the guy he said she cheated on him with. I had a feeling once I saw the newbies that it wasn’t going to work. That show needed a complete overhaul similar to what Claudia Jordan suggested. When they do revisit Dallas they need to hire Carlos King and let him use his production company, which is what he asked when they asked him to return to RHOA. The shows he’s creating for OWN are similar to HWs and they’re popular. Bravo is stupid for not making an overall deal with him considering he was so vital to RHONJ AND RHOA.

@CatPeacock is rumored to be announcing Miami and All Stars next month with a premiere in November/December. Apparently promo will be heavy because they’re banking on Housewives which I’m assuming get good streams on the service. Miami should almost be done filming since they already finished their cast trip to the Hamptons a few weeks ago. As for the RHONY reunion, I’ve been saying that people are wrong to believe the Ramona rumors. Ramona can talk her way out of anything. I do not for a second believe Ramona is behind the press reports, nor do I believe she threatened not to go to the reunion. You think Ramona has been repeatedly going to dinner with Eboni and Leah for nothing? Hell no! She’s being strategic! Side Note, I also side eye this new Heather/Eboni friendship. Eboni says they talk regularly and they were spotted at dinner last week which leads me to believe Heather is trying to return next season, or Eboni is using her to secure her spot next season. I think the person causing trouble for RHONY and leaking those reports to Daily Mail is Luann. If you go back and read those articles you can see direct quotes that are clearly from Luann. She HATES Eboni and she is who I feel doesn’t want to do the reunion. She keeps posting throwbacks of the good ole days and Eboni said Luann won’t speak to her at all. I think Luann is the one holding out for the reunion and also the most likely not to return in general.

The Linnethia Lounge looks like a huge success, always packed and with celebrities in and out constantly. She’s also appearing on an episode of Dynasty and had Greg not been in they hospital with cancer she was set to guest for-host a few episodes of The Talk. Nene is also viral again for new memes stemming from season 2 clips. Nene is thriving right now. RHONY Luann is still in Switzerland and Ramona just posted a tour of the house she’ll be staying in for the next month, in Aspen. I think the reunion truly is squashed lol. If they don’t have a reunion this will be the first non-international series to not have a reunion. How can Andy act like everything is okay when NYC very likely won’t have a reunion? If listings are correct they have three episodes left and the finale will air on the 31st. That means 3 weeks to film a reunion and have it on air. That would be a tight turnaround by Bravo’s standards.

Its odd that Lisa is accusing her of that considering the Mormon church history. nuJen looks fun and old Jen looks delusional. I could see Meredith talking to the feds, but they’ve been investigating Jen since before the show filmed season one. She needs to get ready to go to prison.
