  1. Okay I’m sorry but I’m tired of Eboni. What is the point of this? She’s even smirking because she knows this is a trap. I’m starting to feel the same way about her as I feel about Leah. I feel like Eboni is going out of her way to create issues instead of letting things organically happen. I wanted to love her but I just can’t with her being such a buzzkill. Queen Bershan looks like she’ll be fun and fit right in!
  2. @CatThey want Tamra, but according to Tamara Tattles, she wants $900,000 to return so I have no idea what will happen there. E! is saying Braunwyn’s friend Noella is joining the cast and they’re looking to add 1-2 more newbies so we will likely get a 6-7 person cast which will be nice. Like @DaytimeFanmentioned, the newbies all look very young so I wonder how the final mix will look. I hope it works for their sake. OC has been dead for years and I want them to bounce back. I’ve given up hope for Dallas so I need OC to come back strong.
  3. Rumor has it Tamra is still in negotiations and will likely be a friend. Newbies look interesting. Apparently everybody being interviewed is incredibly wealthy.
  4. Heather is back. Shannon, Emily and Gina are returning. Braunwyn, Kelly and Elizabeth have been fired. 1 or 2 newbies will be added. I’ll give them them props, it’s more than I expected, but I don’t see what Emily or Gina bring to the show.
  5. Whew! Good luck to this woman….
  6. Last time she returned she managed an Emmy nomination. I'm sure she'd love a storyline, but I take it these actresses are realistic and are happy with what they get. Jess made it clear she wanted a story, but it didn't materialize for years which led to her moving to Oregon. Lauralee Bell regularly works, but they don't write for her. Same with Beth Maitland who was working regularly. All SHOULD have storylines, but they're older women and Y&R doesn't value that. Melody Thomas Scott is the only one left and even she is a background character these days.
  7. She's on multiple companies and documents. I'm on Dana Wilkey's patreon and I don't know how she gets these lawyers to talk to her, but she has juicy info and documents to go with it. I'm not surprised ABC used her for the special. She has consistently been months ahead on this story. I think it's going to be really bad for Erika. There is a reason she's gone silent now. She was supposed to have her own WWHL episode for premiere night and canceled, which is why they ended up having the rest of the cast on. I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't do the reunion at this point. I don't see the fan response to her being good, especially after this documentary. We will see! This story starts up this week.
  8. I thought it was pretty damming that she’s listed on the Girardi Financial company, which was used to launder money. They didn’t cover enough on her, like her signing for the loans to cover the stolen money. I still think the divorce is part of the plot and that they’re hiding money.
  9. I loved the way they handled Mark’s death overall. I was worried because I’d heard it was drug out for too long, but even though it spanned two seasons, he was in remission for a lot of that time so it didn’t take over the show in a negative way. It had a nice balance of emotions and I liked seeing Mark reconnect with Susan and Rachel and reflect on his life. His final episode was a tearjerker. It amazes me that to my knowledge none of these ER actors won Emmys. So many of them have done Emmy worthy work. Another thing I loved in season 8 was then continuing to humanize Weaver and give her a personal life. To date she still hasn’t revealed that she’d a lesbian to anybody and still won’t allow anybody to be her friend. Im excited to see what happens when people know she’s a lesbian. Now onto the shocker…I knew there was something with a helicopter, but I wasn’t expecting this at all! First of all, this monkey pox outbreak was dramatic enough so there is no way I was expecting Romano to get his freaking arm chopped off! I’d say that is the most shocking thing I’ve ever seen on tv. One thing ER does better than anybody is place the shocking moments at the times you’d least expect which keeps you on your toes. They never write people out in season finales either which I like. It feels more natural when people come and go and for some reason it’s easier to accept.
  10. Christine a few years back on Y&R! I know it got Lauralee Bell an Emmy nomination, but after all that character has gone through and she has no legacy. It's crazy that Lauralee is a Bell and her character is so disrespected after being frontburner for so many years.
  11. Honestly, I'd be willing to make donations to him if I knew he'd put soap material up. Just from the credits and other tapes he's shown, I know he had lots of rare soap stuff that would be a goldmine to us, but he probably doesn't think much of it. I wouldn't be surprised if he has random episodes of soaps that aren't available.
  12. Some RHOD news…. Multiple bloggers have mentioned on Twitter that Kameron and Kary are DMing them to get dirt on Tiffany to use for next season. Another sign Kameron will return is that on her podcast this week she had a Black scholar on explaining racism and micro aggressions to her. She claimed it was because her husband had said some offensive things, but didn’t acknowledge her own behavior.
  13. With RHOC I’m taking a RHOA stance and not paying attention to the casting until they’re filming or have something confirmed. I don’t wanna get my hopes up when it’s likely for both shows we will get more of the same. I *hope* RHOC gets a proper reboot, but we will see.
  14. While I find her feud with Sutton hilarious, I do agree that she is purposely making it a thing. You can’t convince me that her being best friends with Teddi didn’t cause this.
  15. I’m still watching, but I must say that Crystal vs Sutton is one of the most hilarious HWs feuds I’ve ever seen! I was screaming! This is so awkward and insane and I can’t get enough! Bravo needs to give them a buddy spin off and make them take awkward trips together.
  16. If only Susan had returned a year earlier they could’ve married them off which probably would’ve played better than pairing him with Corday.
  17. He is so full of it. Erika's story will be a major focus, but I don't anticipate it'll make her likable or that SHE will give us what we want. This episode was interesting. I will say, while I do ride for Eboni, I hate her friendship with Leah and it causes me to side eye her a bit. I hated seeing her on WWHL talking mess about Heather who tried so hard to be empathetic to her. I feel like that's all down to her friendship with Leah. Heather ain't perfect and she definitely messed up calling Eboni articulate (which she's owned up to on social media), but she was riding for Eboni and working overtime to get the other ladies to listen to her. Leah was silent. People complained last week that Heather didn't speak up enough, but I feel she more than made up for that this week. Sonja is a superstar. I love when she has these moments of calmness. At her core she's a nice person and you see that with Eboni. Luann was typical Luann and gave what I expected. I feel like she said the right things EVENTUALLY, but really didn't care. Now onto the main event, I loved everybody's outfits. Heather HANDLED Leah with ease. I think Eboni was messy going to Leah with what Heather said when Eboni admitted when Leah left the room that she agreed with Heather. I don't get Eboni's loyalty to Leah when Leah has never publicly defended her against the other girls. Leah worked for The Federalist which couldn't be more right wing and she's made it clear time and time again she doesn't care about black people and their issues. How is this the girl you riding with when you're a social justice warrior? Next week looks good! I'm glad they're finally going back New York. BTW, based on the timeline Bershan should appear either next week or the following week. The first known filming for her was November 2nd at Ramona's apartment and next week covers November 4th so she's on the way finally.
  18. Season two is missing around 5-6 episodes and they’re mostly intact through season five. After that most seasons are missing around 10 episodes. The final season is especially hit hard. The series finale isn’t even streaming! It’s odd because we know the music issue, but the show was re-scored for DVD and those are the versions streaming. They’ve never given a clear answer why so many episodes are missing.
  19. I was happy to see. Clooney back to give Carol (and Doug) the send off they deserved. I was fine with her leaving to meet him off screen but it was a nice touch to actually see him as well. I think Carol really suffered in that final season without him. The timing of their relationship being fine and her having the babies left her so down for most of the season. Season 7 is a strong season so far. I like that Carol was written out before the season finale so they could devote that to the new ensemble. They finally allowed Luca to be human by having him let that gunman die which is giving you some insight into his past. As season 7 developed he’s more interesting now that he’s developing relationships with the cast and is written less as a mythical savior. The Abby character is one my opinion changed on in record time. I liked the vibe she was bringing and then they threw everything out the window by making her quit medical school to become a nurse again. I could deal with that, but then they pile on a bi polar mother played by Sally Field AND a brooding romance with Luca. It is too much. When I see her I just feel drained. The story with her mother is giving me flashbacks to Susan with her sister. The difference is that Susan could at least distract you by being a competent doctor and resilient woman, but Abby seems like a dark cloud follows her. I hope they pull back and balance this out for her. I love that they’re allowing Weaver to be more playful and showing us more about her personal life. Until Dave spend an episode asking everybody about it, I hadn’t realized we didn’t know why Weaver has a limp. I was disappointed that he was too afraid to ask when she confronted him so we still don’t know what’s going on there. I also loved the episode where the little kid was afraid of her because of her cane. Now she seems to be toying with a lesbian relationship which I wasn’t expecting, but I’m okay with. Eric La Salle remains a standout. Dr. Cleo works as a love interest for him, but still isn’t much of a character on her own. Same with Dr. Dave who is more annoying every time I see him. The episode where he joked around while they worked on the black man who got shot was disgusting. Then later on when Benton’s nephew got shot and he thought it was “just another gangbanger” broke my heart for Benton. I will say, I’m glad the play these stereotypes and use main characters or do it. Especially characters who aren’t necessarily villains. These biases exist and they show them in a real way. Dr. Greene finally has his brain tumor. This is something I do remember from the press as a very long and very depressing exit. So far I’m enjoying it. The one curious thing is that I don’t really understand how he fell in love with Dr. Corday. I watched it, but I don’t understand it. Somehow now that they’re together and she’s engaged it works, but they’re such an odd couple. I also find it odd they keep playing the chemistry with Peter which only makes Cleo and Mark look inferior. The only characters I don’t think I’ve hit are Carter and Chen. For Carter I’ll say that Lucy didn’t die in vain because I did enjoy his drug addiction and him slowly rebuilding trust at work. Chen’s sudden pregnancy I feel was rushed. We didn’t get enough time to even see that she was pregnant. Then you have Morris Chestnut as the baby daddy and barely feature him?! Giving up the baby was a bold choice, but I feel this could’ve been a season long arc, not something wrapped up in 5-6 episodes. I hope this doesn’t mean Ming Na will be sidelined because when they give her something to do she kills it.
  20. Knots Landing and Falcon Crest! Beverly Hills 90210 with all the missing episodes. British shows Bad Girls, Footballers Wives and Beautiful People. Any daytime soaps joining The Doctors. The entire Norman Lear catalogue, including the less known shows like All That Glitters. Popular
  21. Basically if I recall correctly they just said it was her sister, the Sarah Smythe character and I think some was pinned on Sugar as well. I don't remember exactly, but I do recall it was very believable and the perfect setup for Sheila to be properly back without the baggage of a bunch of crimes on her. It's a shame they didn't do anything with her because it really was the perfect reintroduction. I wish they'd have a long term story planned for her.
  22. From what Heavenly and Funky Dineva have said, Quad is very difficult to work with behind the scenes. Plus the past 2-3 seasons she was checked out and barely wanted to film with the ladies because she had Sister Circle. I think she needed to be demoted because she felt too safe. I bet she ain't acting up now lol! Funky Dineva did a video ages ago where he mentioned that Quad asked if he should take her friend contract and he convinced her to do it because "some money is better than no money."
  23. I loved that story because we got to see Jeanie fight back and win and also Weaver finally got to see she wasn’t as perfect as she thought she was. I loved how in over her head she was with that job. It was definitely karma and has seems to humble here. Right now I am halfway through season 6. I had to take a break after Lucy’s death. I knew it would happen but didn’t know when and it took me by surprise. Those two episodes were some of the best tv I have ever seen. The cast and crew definitely came to work. I went to do some research afterwards and found lots of good interviews about that story. Apparently the story at the time was that Kelli Martin quit because the role was too depressing, but looking at the EW retrospective posted a few pages back she makes it clear she was fired. I’m also convinced Noah Wyle is a total [!@#$%^&*]. I’d read a blind item on Crazy Days and Nights that he’s secretly the real reason Sherry Springfield quit because he was harassing her and now based on his own words I wouldn’t be surprised if that was true. To EW Wyle said that he regrets how poorly he treated Kelli Martin. She started the show a week after her sister died so she was obviously in a bad place and him being an ass to her couldn’t have helped. He also mentioned that Lucy and Carter were meant to be a real couple, but he refused to play the story. That’s probably what sealed her fate and it’s a shame because their chemistry was through the roof. Beyond that story, I do think they found their footing as this season went on. I wasn’t impressed with Dave, Luca or Cleo, but Abby and Dr. Chen are welcome additions to the show. Due to my age when I think of ER in its original airing, Maura Tierney is someone who I viewed as the face of ER so it’s nice to see her finally appear. I found it interesting that she has a random guest star role as a nurse before coming back as a med student. I wonder if that was intentional or if they were just impressed with her guest appearance. Dr. Chen has so much more confidence now and her chemistry with Carter is still there. Right now I’m back enjoying the show and am excited to see where things go. My eye is really on Luca because I know he becomes such a vital character, but his introduce is *so* bad. I can’t wait to see how he’s integrated into the canvas. Right now he’s like this mysterious angel who pops up to drop sage wisdom and be handsome. It also doesn’t help that I know this is Carol’s last season and most of his scenes are with her.
  24. The Countless seemed very calculated in her comments to Eboni which leads me to believe she was holding a grudge after Eboni defended Sonja when she was attacking her. Before she defended her Luann tried to tell her to be quiet and since Eboni didn’t I think that pissed her off. We know she holds grudges and doesn’t take criticism well. She’s serving season four Luann.
  25. The only person from Basketball Wives who I think should cross over is Cece. She was always more Beverly Hills with her wealth, fashions and her beauty business. Evelyn is just too dangerous and horrible a person. She threw a wine bottle at someones head, among other fights. She is truly insane and not even watchable in a fun villain way. I do think it would be interesting to see her on a show where her best friend isn't the creator/EP, but it wouldn't be worth it. This weeks episode I found pretty hilarious. The show is moving along so nicely. Crystal vs Sutton is the type of feud I love. It's very similar to Carlton and Kyle in that they just don't seem to like each other, nothing super deep about it. I feel Sutton is so nervous around Crystal and so worried to be perceived as racist so she's on edge which is making her implode. She means well, but it is pretty hilarious seeing her lose her mind! I'm so curious to see where this will go and if they'll find common ground as the season progresses. Garcelle is an absolute BOSS this season. She's having a great second season so far, but I notice next week she'll finally bring her dislike for Rinna to the main group and I think from this point on she's going to be having problems. The coven loves Rinna and aren't going to like Garcelle holding her accountable. I'm so excited to see her entire arc this season. She seems so confident, authentic and ready to play this crazy housewives game. She's having one of the best second seasons I've seen. Typically it doesn't go this well, but Garcelle is proving everyone wrong.
