ATWT: A Very Sad Farwell

Today's episode is a very sad one to watch....Everyone will get to spend time with Jennifer to say good-bye. This is a very emotional episode also because they lead up to the final scenes for Benjamin Hendrickson.

Maddie will aslo be on, still dealing with the demons of her past.....

Talk to you all later on after the show ends.

Those scenes!! WHOA!!! Jennifer Ferrin was a true find and she will be missed.

Jesse Soffer done it again...when he fell into Jen's arms and broke down in tears it simply destroyed me!!! Then imagine my shock when Jen called for Paul and I broke down again!!

ATWT has a good story on hand with the death of Jen...and then I say they write Hal's death. People have suggested a heartattack over stress of losing his daughter. That would be good, as long as the story focuses around Barbara.

Benjamin's death coupled with Jen's deathbed scenes are breaking my heart to pieces.

It just doesn't seem or feel real to know that Benjamin is no longer here....Seeing him in the scenes today just broke my heart and reading the stuff about him from People.com just upset me more.

I found watching the show hard to do...First we learn Jennifer Ferrin is leaving, then we learn that a beloved actor has died and won't be on the show either...I truly believe we lost two talented actors. :(

ATWT seems to be top notch right now with these very sad, emotional scenes. I am sure its even worse or difficult to watch if someone is a long time ATWT viewer, knowing that BH is no longer with us.

I taped this week's episodes so I can watch this weekend, and its going to be hard to see Ben onscreen. My heart was breaking enough knowing that Jen was dying.

I still think Jen's death is a huge mistake the show's making... but having said that, God what a farewell. That was gut-wrenching.

what. Jennifer is dead?

I think it was a mistake to kill her off; but I can't deny that these are some of the most powerful scenes ATWT has had in a very long time. Tomorrow will be even more heartbreaking.

The character, Jennifer Munson, is dying. The actress, Jennifer Ferrin, did not renew her contract.

Also, SweetNY, the link you gave is not a valid link. Be sure to copy the whole URL. Don't copy/paste the URL shortcut. Therefore, you will have dots and commas, etc. Copy the URL as a whole. :)

As for today's show. Absolutely haunting. All the actors gave terrific performances. I teared up when Hal was telling Jennifer he'd always be there to watch over Johnny :(

I am literally drained. Just drained. Everything was spot on today and it was just...incredible. It was just an extremely emotional episode focused entirely around the Hughes and Munson/Ryan families.

I just do not know what to say.

A pretty good episode with very emotional scenes at the hospital. It was kinda difficult to watch. Dusty still managed to bug me, but I simply ignored that he was even there.
