Agree with all of this, especially that the reporter casting was bad. And then everything -- the broken phone, a potential lawsuit, the assault, the viral video, the Chelsea response, the positive reaction -- all took place in one day. Really?

And I still can't get past the completely ridiculous lawsuit against Madison.

Joey showing up at Caffeine Fix bothered me much more than Elon at Orphey Gene's.

Yep. Does Smitty ever turn in anything for publication? Because all I see is the amateur detective work that goes nowhere.

That would work. Also agree with you about a casino set that looks richer and realistic. Y&R did a decent casino set for a few episodes in Vegas. On this show, we don't have one when the owner is supposedly the most powerful and wealthiest guy in town. And I could write paragraphs about how bad that back room is.

I would love an explanation why someone with Joey’s money and who apparently just has the most popping casino known to man, would have his VIP room look like a place you might get an STD in just by sitting on a chair.

LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

But at least we get the incredible decor -- that big orange globe at the end of the bar that's just waiting to be knocked over.

We got the motel room for Jacob. That size set could be used as a reception area for the clinic.

Of course. Or how about redressing the hallway outside of Bill's office to represent the clinic?? They could have nurses and others in scrubs pushing gurneys, while necessary characters have conversations in the hallway.

I have a feeling the clinic may be a very short lived institution, possibly disappearing after the plasma storyline. And if that is correct, I can understand why tptb didn't create an entire new set. But still, the clinic needs to be seen and represented on camera.

That's actually a really good idea. Even the police station with some redressing would make a great temporary clinic set. Not like it gets that much use anyway. The blue walls and the flooring give clinic vibes already.
