Well, we know we see her again, thanks to the winter preview.

The Days writers should be ashamed of themselves for declaring the WGA 'win' a victory. It's more like - a participation trophy. You get a trophy just for participating. That's not brag worthy.

Today's episode reeked of Jamey.

Robert Scott Wilson is one sh!tty actor!

Leo needs to go!

Ali is pointless!

The Sloan and Chanel lawsuit is worthless!

The best scenes were Chad and Sonny.

Ehhh idk

I think Errol is a much more reliable source than Jamey Giddens

I don't know, that DC story telling me what a movie star Wilson Bethel would be sure came true...

Years ago, the Emmys would sometimes just not give the award to anyone in the category. There would be no award given.

I used to find this insulting.

Now, I think it might not be such a bad idea.

I never got Wilson Bethel myself. I do believe he auditioned for Captain America and had a moment he could've been big. I guess he has CW shows now or something? Maybe streaming? I don't keep track.

He seems to be on All Rise.

I mostly just remember wishing somebody would give him a sandwich.

This was also my take.

Since there is talk about him....this is probably why DC made a big deal about him. I had forgotten he was on YR. He wasn't memorable in the show.

When was that? Cite examples. I don't remember that happening with the Daytime Emmys.

1968. This was before there was a Daytime Emmys. It was the year Joan Bennett was nominated for Dark Shadows. Celeste Holm and Macdonald Carey were also nominated.

Oh ok, thanks.

If Kate/Lauren Koslow is really done and that was her send off, I probably will be done with the show. I took months off after Abby was needlessly murdered “permanently” just because the two actresses didn’t want to commit long term to Days, because I thought it was so stupid and actually enjoyed the character. Kate Roberts has been my favorite character since I got into the show in the early 2000’s and to kill her off and cremate her without having a scene with Lucas/BD would just be criminal and I think I’d be fine not watching anymore.

Agreed. If they wrote out Kate/Lauren like that, after 27 years, I would find it in unspeakable bad taste and disrespect.

So honestly, I’ve only watched like a handful of eppys since Clyde was revealed as Abby’s murderer… nothing has interested me since.  But I’ve popped in for things like the Rafe/Nicole/Eric/Jada climax (it’s amazing how much EJ has elevated this story) and Christmas.  This orchid story and the Alex/Stephanie/Chad (Abigail Klein is actually fab and she’s being beyond wasted here) triangle are beyond DOA for me… buuuT, and please don’t mistake this for any personal enjoyment on my part lol, the cellphone shenanigans is one of the better mixups this show has done.  It’s not really all that convoluted (I acknowledge it’s weird this responsibility was put on Chad lol) and is such high stakes with serious consequences.  And they completely bulldozed through it.  LOL

And wtf Kate’s urn?!?  Did Arianna and Henry bedazzle that or was it Roman…?  I’m not even curious how they’re gonna undo this $h!t.

ITA with everything!!!  But I don’t for a second think Kate’s dead.  But she may die when she sees her urn!

I guess somebody has to run the pub, but it seems like a weird job to befall upon Roman.  Is he retired from the ISA?  Did anyone think to ask Bonnie, given her prior restaurant management experience?  And when did it become a bar, rather than a diner counter?
