I wish Bo was still alive, so that he could beat the crap out of Ben

Agreed.

It was too much, too fast. There were wayyyy too many psychopaths in Salem, so many that it got to the point where none of them seemed psychotic or even menacing, just a bunch of fools blowing hot air. I like this return to normalcy that we've been seeing in the past few weeks. (Let's just ignore Ben and Ciara in general) and I hope Ron keeps following this path. It works, and most of the time, it works a lot better then all the OTT stuff.

I will say the show is doing a really nice job of showing Gabi's desperation to get Stefan back and Jake having a realistic reaction to someone desperately wishing he was someone he has no recollection of being when he has his own life and memories as Jake and none as Stefan. Very nice.

And now they have Gabi with a syringe, so it's going to make her look even more guilty when it comes to Abby.

I finally caught some today (I've been catching it in bits...love the Kristen/Sarah scene and giggled at Sarah knocking big ole Rex out) and I like they are taking the Jake/Stefan story slow. Play those beats.

Having Dr. Marlena Evans, the institution, run a rush test on the syringe no questions asked, cuz ya know, after all it's you Ben... gag.

I enjoy Gabi. Her beauty, her wardrobe, her spunk... she reminds me of some of the classic soap vixens.

LOL!!! No, Eric, it's not all about you. I found that so out of character.

I admit that I've been getting my Y&R Classic, but I still try to check out the week. And that was just ugh. At least Eric has Nicole.

I liked seeing Marlena getting her story on...another character I like to see on when I check in. And with Orpehus...but I felt the scene was fall.

The Sarah/Maggie was ok. But if those flashbacks are to be believed...now Orpehus is behind the Adrienne death and framed Maggie. Better of with the fan theory that it was Summer. Intriguing, but...

Seriously, that prison has the worst security ever. How do people just walk right in so easily?

I’m not too sure about NuZoey. Her acting seems a little bad plus she looks too old to be Evan’s sister, Orpheus’ sister, Yeah but not Evan’s.

Speaking of Evan, I hate to see him go. Such a waste of a good actor.

Maggie trying to kill herself is a lot for this show. And I don'tthink they will address it properly. And I hate Victor will think that he was right about her not being able to handle the truth.

NuZoey and Evan are both bad actors. I wish Kelly could have stayed in the role, she made the Evan actor appear semi-alive in his scenes.

    • The last scene of the final episode did show that life on Wisteria Lane would continue on once the toxic housewives moved away. It won't be as good as the original, but I'm intrigued to see what these new people do with the concept.
    • This underscores the biggest issue that the show needs to work on.   The majority of the characters on the show are all related to one another, which is why we have that B&B esque Dani/Andre hook up situation

    • It was a good episode. I didn't expect things to unravel so soon.   One thing I still don't like about these big events: Where was everyone else?   This is a big event. Everyone should've been there.
    • Mitch, thanks for that history of the Reardon Boarding House kitchen.  I had always assumed that every time the kitchen set returned, it was a recreation of the original set.  So I have been wrong about that.   Was the kitchen set ever used later, while Buzz and the Coopers owned the boarding house?

    • Do they ever do anything well?  The show is about 4 week story arcs - if that it feels like.  Why wouldn’t you spend a month of subtle hints.  Late to events and don’t telegraph it.  Have repeated issues with time; I had a friend whose Mom suddenly was forgetting half the meal in the fridge to be heated for a meal; twice her husband had to go to her work to get her because she was still working and only noticed no one was there until he walked in to find her and make her come home (it was a doctor’s office, there’s not that kind of job);  knowing she had an appointment and not be worried by it, etc.   No, they have him do a head bonk and bam it’s cancer.     It’s almost an insult.

    • Today showed why almost no one comments on this crap soap. -- We're back to pretending that there aren't SCORES of cosmetics companies out there --  only Jabot and whoever else opens up shop in Genoa City to be the competition. No real business runs this way. -- Marchetti is supposed to be an internationally-renowned fashion house, yet both Chelsea and Sally are ready to walk after being high-level executives there. -- It's not often women leave choice executive positions in their field of expertise to work in a business they're clueless about. -- Sally had a lot of nerve shading Chelsea with "It's easy to see Adam's influence on you" when the same damn thing is happening with Billy. -- I'm glad Lauren told Michael to quit, since we've all been mouthing that for weeks. None of that story is helped by CLB's over-the-top acting. -- The scene with Victoria helping a sick, coughing Cole walk to their car on the way to the hospital was laughable. Wouldn't rich people call a damn ambulance? -- Claire was really concerned, wasn't she? She stayed in the doorway instead of helping her mother, and then headed right to Crimson Lights for coffee. Why bother with checking on her possible terminal father at the hospital?
