Here are spoilers (reworded) for May from Soaps.com and SOD:

 

Billy/Jack/Kyle: Billy is going to think about starting a new partnership. Kyle is going to want Billy to help convince Jack to kill the Abbot Clause, causing Jack to be suspicious of Kyle. Kyle and Billy are going to butt heads with each other. Jack's secret is going to come out in a public way, causing him to turn dark. Billy is going to step up for the Abbots.

 

Victor/Nikki/Nick: Victor is going show up as an uninvited guest at a party. Nikki and Victor are going to re-evaluate their relationship. Kyle and Victor's alliance is going to turn dangerous, but Kyle is going to side with Victor over Jack in a ultimate betrayal. Nick is going to face off with Victor and that could have an impact on things. Both Victor and Nick will be determined to find JT, which could affect their loved ones. 

 

Sharon/Nick/Phyllis Sharon and NIck are going to be fighting temptation with each other and will face a decision about their future. Nikki is going to get Phyllis to help her try and make sure that Sharon doesn't unravel from guilt and goes to the police. But new evidence will come out regarding JT and one of the ladies will begin to crack. Mariah is going to have a memory about their girl's night. Nick and Phyllis are also going to get closer and Billy will notice it.

 

Hilary/Devon: Hilary is going to take control of her situation. Phyllis is going to stand up for Hilary. Hilary is going to  come clean to Phyllis about not being pregnant. Phyllis is going to say something that makes Hilary think about using a sample of Devon's, to get pregnant.  Neil and Lily are going to try and interfere with Hilary and Devon. But Hilary and Devon are going to become closer and the attraction will grow between them as they will experience a new chapter in their relationship.

 

Kyle is also going to be getting his personal life underway and Abby will be turning to Arturo once the news about Jack not being an Abbot comes out.

Is it me, or do these previews feel like one, big holding pattern for the show?  I don't feel like any character will progress at all, not even Jack, Nikki and Victor.

It seems like these previews can be cut and paste.  Why is it that modern soap writers seem to lack the ability to create lasting fall out instead of the rinse and repeat that's become more and more popular since the 90s (JER on Days started that trend again).

I was going to post the awful sounding Soapdom spoilers as usual but these sound even worse! Seriously these just sound dreadful!

 

 

Why do I fear @YRfan23 that Simone will end up pregnant and then we'll see Hilary hatch a plan to steal it? Either that or pull a Sunset Beach type of tale. 

 

 

Phick was permanently killed with Stafford's exit. Let's leave it there for good. 

 

Probably  because Mal is going to get fired/replaced soon as his contract is coming up later this summer. 

 

 

Mal is just adapting the tactics his predecessors Latham, MAB/Sheffer/Hamner, and Pratt used. Looking back at this past decade so far it's a sad day that late 2012 through the end of 2014 was the best period for the show for our current decade.

We can bet on them doing something like that with Hilary, we haven't seen the last of sanctimonious Lily and Cane huffing and puffing on her!!!.....BAHHHH!!!

      What was the point in Lori's return as Mrs. Max Hollister? That little story never made much sense to me.  Were there plans for a permanent return? Or even a new family with her as the matriarch?

      Welcome back, Shawn Douglas! It's been a while. It really is too bad that the writers don't really have an interest in the character because there are still a lot of ways that he can be used effectively on the canvas. He should have been a part of the 60th anniversary celebrations as well. If anything, just to represent Bo and Hope. And I'd much rather see Jada paired with him than possibly with Theo. But I enjoyed him getting caught up with Belle, and comforting her. I'm sure they'll find their way back to each other at some point but I do like them as divorced friends. I just hope we see it play out onscreen. Belle being a dick about Sami again was unnecessary though. And we finally saw Liam again!  I'm curious to see how this storyline is going to play out, and who's going to be weaved into it. He and Abe do work well together too. And we learned that he has a kid. Hopefully, we'll learn more about his character in the future. But I'm not really sure about Johnny and Chanel suddenly having problems with raising Trey. They've wanted a baby for so long, so I don't understand why this is even an issue. They should know by now what it's like to raise a baby. But I did enjoy Johnny's scenes with EJ, and that Johnny still hasn't refused to forgive him. This storyline was/is very clunky, but having the two of them be at odds is the right decision. There's so much story potential that can be drawn from that. As for Chad... there was no time for us to see his reunion with Will, but there's time for us to see him talking BS with Leo? I don't get it. And I don't get all this random dating app stuff either. Leo and Javi were boring af too. If we're forced to endure them, can they at least have some real conflict? The two of them losing the baby was the perfect opportunity for it.

      I enjoy BF better on Days than on YR.   Chad is greater than Cane, in my opinion.
