One thing I will say is, ever since the writing shake-up, the characters have all actually regained their memories, which is always good for a soap. I didn't think I could ever forgive Ava for selling out on Nicholas and Spencer, but, surprisingly, I am satisfied that she has paid for her crimes and has suffered enough. Carly is a lot less obnoxious when she's away from Sonny. I'm so annoyed that they ruined what was happening with Shawn. That was her best pairing.
