I certainly don't think it is ED. They have been in story together for decades, and numerous times have talked about how much they love acting together. If that scene they had 3 weeks ago is anything to go by, it shows.

I think MM and EB are very much alike and I think that's why they were so believable in their story lines with each other. Like father, like son.

Plus John's refusal to type like a functioning adult sometimes required me to reread a few things.
