So Spencer was the one responsible for hatgate and admitted it was a lie.

How disgusting. Just shows that these people are truly racist and have it out for poor Candice.

It's like she's trying to fight not being the stereotypical "angry black female," but they're pushing her towards it. I'm glad that Howard and Helen are trying to guide her through this whole ordeal.

its actually a great season so far, feed wise. not sure whos actually wathing or just reading recaps because they are honeslt far more different than one may think.

first off, the entire house is not terrilbe as its being made out to be. Aaryn is the absolute worse as is GM and there is just nothing else to that. Spencer is one of the people who says offensive [!@#$%^&*] just to say it, not that that makes it ok, but it is what it is. Nick has apprently made some misogynistic comments (i think he called someone the c word?) but thats about it, other than that he has been one of the best to watch on the feeds because he hates GM but shes so obsessed with him and his conversations with Andy have been great. Andy is annoying and is sure nick is into him and i just cant stand him. candice i love, and she has said her fair share of [!@#$%^&*] tho. elissa acts all innocent but she digs at people by giving them faux comopliments and eggs them all, its actually really smart but also really obvious and she thinks its not and she goes on endlessly about how shes a wife and mother. judd and helen are absoluty the best.

She's lucky because she will probably always get tons of work for her looks. I can see her going into porn...or Fox News.

I usually take a few weeks before I get into a season, because I regret watching most of seasons like the one with the vile Dick Donato. So I'm not saying too much this time around. Last season I kept on because I loved Dan, and I don't regret that, but this season, I'm not forming any connections with anyone yet, because it's just not worth it if they end up being trampled by bigots.

The other problem is how very, very, very badly scripted the show has become. These people need to watch Tru TV, because they fake most of their reality shows yet some of the people involved sell it like the rent is due. BB having these people who barely managed to shout out cue cards in the Diary Room seems so stale in comparison.

BB has had a problem with racism and violence since Justin in season 2, and they have mostly ignored it, or even encouraged it (Dick Donato), ever since. I don't know if this season is any different, or if it's just that the people who are saying it aren't "cool" to the fans who tend to kick up a fuss about racism, the way Dick was cool to them. Either way, such a huge majority of the house being so racist and so proud of it is disturbing to be, because I end up wondering if this is what most people today are like. And then I read a post by someone who said several housemates graphically described how they wanted to rape and murder someone. I don't know if that was true or not, but it just made me feel sick inside. That's Dick Donato all over again, and it makes me feel like BB will never, ever escape what he glorified.

i dont think aaryn to dick is a fair comparison by any means. spencer, maybe. dick said [!@#$%^&*] ti rile people up. he didnt care how he came off or whos feelings he hurt as long as it worked, and it did. i dont think he hated jamika because she was black or duston because he was gay or anything like that. im not saying what he said was right, but i dont think he truly believed half the [!@#$%^&*] he said. he did hate them because they were a bunch of hypocritical jesus freaks that condemned him and judged people endlessly, yes. buit aaryn is truly racist and believes she is better than others because she is white, blonde, pretty, and well off. it isnt ignorant, because a few people have mentioned it to her casually and she doesnt care. spencer is someone who says [!@#$%^&*] just to say it and he says this stuff to people, in a joke manner (to andy, to helen) and they laugh about it.

aaryn is honestly the most vile person to ever be cast on this show, and GM isnt much better. I understand why people hate dick, hell i hate dick, but i dont think he is anywhere near these girls. and i dont think this is how most people are either, carl, the outrage has been plentyful with maybe a few defenders, so few that they really dont register until someone seeks them out and calls them out.

Dick wanted to rile people up, but some of what he said without the person around was as bad, or worse, especially the comments he and that Eric thing would make about women and sexual assault.

This season seems to have a group mentality which condones slurs, and that's the type of house that really makes me wary, because I end up wondering if this is a microcosm of society, that when a bunch of people get together, and decide bigoted comments are OK, it just spreads. Amanda, who is supposed to be so loveable, repeatedly uses anti-gay slurs. David is supposed to be a nice guy, and he used a racial slur. That annoying whiner Andy supposedly made a comment about Helen. And so on.

I'm used to this on BB but when it's so casual, that's when it starts to bother me, because that means it's the norm. There doesn't really seem to be any divide in terms of who says this and who doesn't. Only Judd and one or two other people, out of 16, don't say it.

its so not a group mentality that condones slurs. there are more than a few people who are not ok with it and have spoken up. Actually, judd seems more offended than helen, andy or candice have been about anything.

Yes, Amanda says fag and queer, however ive always had the view point that the intent matters more than the word and i know thats not very popular, but i think its true. shes not saying it to hurt people, shes saying it out ignorance not hatred. the problem is everything is anti this or anti that so no there isnt a person who hasnt said something offensive to someone. i personally dont think that people calling aaryn a bitch when she acts the way she is is misogynistic like many online seem to. i dont think calling GM a needy, desperate girl that is making a food of herself is anti-woman, its a true statement about the way she has presented herself. i dont think saying thats gay makes one homophobic.

i do think things like you gotta be careful around candice because you cant see her coming for you int he dark and i need to change the sheets because that black girl was on them, or lets punch helen to make her eyes straight are completely and utterly racist.

Elissa, Helen, howard, Nick and Judd seem to be the best in the house, but aside from Aaryn, Gm and Spencer, Oh, and David sheet comments was just disgusting. But the rest? Really not much at all.

I dont watch usually, unless i feel like family time because its a show ive always watched with my parents.

Man, I kinda feel like I've been too negative lately ... lol. Sorry, life has just be a bit rough at the moment.

Anyway ... some positives ...

I like Howard, Elissa, Nick, Judd and Helen the most. McCrae doesn't bother me, neither does Candice, or Andy I guess. And comments aside, Spencer is alright. Amanda's annoying but not awful.

The rest can take a flying leap, lol. I'm glad the more sane mature ones seem to be gravitating towards each other and recognize the others as idiots.

I think there's total hope for the season though. I'm going to try and get into it more.
