That's when she made Groucho Marx-like exit through the courthouse window. Regardless of my personal feelings about Colleen Zenk Pinter, I still believe this show ruined Barbara.
April 23, 20205 yr Member I also loved Scott Holroyd as Paul. There were so many wasted characters and actors. I never understood firing him, and killing Bryant and Jen. Especially when that left us a horrible version of Dusty moping around. Edited April 23, 20205 yr by titan1978

Symbolic of the ultimate jumping the shark for this show. 15 minutes ago, titan1978 said: I also loved Scott Holroyd as Paul. There were so many wasted characters and actors. I've always said if I had the writer's pen, two characters that I would bring back are Bryant and Jennifer. If anything, I would've erased Danielle's infamous affair with Craig (which, thankfully I've never seen, only heard) and brought her back too. Written a proper breakup between Bryant and Jen that didn't involve that gross story with Craig and had Bryant transition to a friendship turned full-on love affair with Danielle (reminiscent of Craig and Sierra). I agree about Holryod being wasted and the worst version of Dusty that I've seen.

I think in 2004 she was being held as James' accomplice in Baby Cabot's kidnapping? Ah, all that baby Cabot nonsense turned me off the show so I'd stopped watching by then.

April 24, 20205 yr Member Speaking of Dusty when they recast in 2003 they were also considering AW's Mark Mortimer (Nick Hudson). I wish he would have gotten the gig. He even resembles OG Dusty, Brian Bloom
April 25, 20205 yr Member Maybe I'll try to go and listen to this but the poor audio on the interviewer's end is a big turnoff for me. I literally turned it off when I heard her voice, which is a shame because I'm a fan of Scott Bryce and was looking forward to hearing this interview. Daytime after welcomes back scott bryce to the show https://t.co/uJZ89QuzwZ — Carly (@daytime6976) April 14, 2020

At least Mark looked good on an underwear packet, and he did improve during his time at AW.
