I wish she would have stayed. I wonder how different would have been Santana's arc if she played the role. Regarding the storyline of Brandon, I am 100 team Santana when Ava Lazar played the role. When Gina Gallego and Robin Mattson played the roles, Gina was strong and Santana was weak. While Gina Gallego seems like an absolute sweetheart from the interviews I've read with her, I just didn't like the character.
