I would've loved a montage to I Only Have Eyes For You (their love song), but alas, we were deprived. :(

However, Austin threatening to "kick Sami out on her ass" took the cake.

At least everyone gave outstanding performances, and Austin threatened so throw Sami out on her ass.

The best acting Austin did since he came back!

Yeah. That was great. I think Austin has turned out to be a good little actor. He's been great this run, IMO.

That would have been great, Rion. I am surprised Hoagie did not give us something.

If Austin had a clean-shaven face, I'd have loved all of it LOL.

I think it was a wonderful wedding and send-off. Both had huge happy faces, their parents were there and the got to tell Sami off and then they were so thrilled to be married and could hardly wait to begin their lives together. It was really good. Made a new Carrie and Austin fan out of me. It was the most alive and believably loving day of them and I saw the magic.

It was a nice simple wedding. I personally loved it. Only thing that DID irk me was no flashbacks. I was so bummed about that. At least one final montage before they left would of been great. Sigh.

I have no doubt Carrie will come back. Same for Jack. It's just a matter of when the time is right. Be it a year from now or two ... I felt a little bit of hope for both characters because of the way they were written before the left, sort of open-ended, if that makes any sense?

I hope I'm not mixing episodes, but I for one LOVED when Abe came up and said "Dr. Carver" to Lexie and walked out of the hospital with her. I really really liked that scene, and Lexie's response to him. I know many aren't, but I'm glad these two are together again.

I don't think a montage would have been appropriate. We got the Austin/Carrie montage when Christie Clark left the show in 99. That's when we deserved the montage. The 90s were Austin and Carrie's years. You seriously wanted a montage from the crap that was written from 2005-present? I know I didn't.

How is the show good? I'm sorry, but no one can make it as good as JER. Anyone who says otherwise is talking nonsense.

What is it about repetitive dialogue, constant flashbacks, dropped storylines, etc. that you look so much? How does that make him a good writer for DAYS? Your posts make no sense. JER fan or not, you have to look at what's fact.

I think "Days" is must-see right now but I was disappointed in the crappy wedding. What's with Hogan, all of a sudden, wanting to spread all the secular love? I mean, why did Carrie and Austin get married in that lame (fake) chapel? And why would Marlena and John want to do the same, outside of a church? Sorry, it didn't suit my tastes. I actually fast-forwarded through the "vows" (I guess that's what they were) because I couldn't stand the cheapness of it all. No, this isn't a religious rant (or one that is unjustified that is); these characters ARE people of faith, and I found it ridiculous that they wouldn't have a proper, BIG wedding. Heck, why couldn't we have had a HUGE wedding like those '80s weddings? Show all their friends who 'knew they would make it.' Give me SOMETHING.

This wedding was an F.

Well, no, it would have been, if not for Sami. THANK YOU, Hogan, for letting Sami ruin their happy day. Those fallen angels and their church-less wedding deserved it. (Plus it's great to see Sami proud of who she is and not taking any crap for anyone!)

J&M don't need a church wedding because they already feel married. Personally, I'm happy they didn't get married, because it's too soon. I want a week or something of them engaged. However, I liked the aknowledgement that not everyone gets married in a church. It's just as special if it's a justice of the peace, because the people make it what it is. John & Marlena just wanted it offical, on paper.

It was a good episode.

The wedding was fine by me because it was simple and seemed to fit. I wasn't upset about flashbacks, even as an A&C fan, because they hardly ever got the typical supercouple treatment so I wasn't expecting it. I loved Carrie's line to John "I will be back before you know it" and I think she will be. Peck's line to Sami was his best acting in a month and I was happy Sami did show up because it all came full circle. The goodbyes were the best part. The Marlena/Carrie goodbye got to me and I loved John calling her pumpkin. I was happy J&M didn't get married because I want them to have their own wedding and not have to worry about upstaging anyone. The acting here was really good.

Sami's bar scenes and drinking reminded me of Nicole for some reason, especially when she told EJ I want to have sex with you on the bar right now  .

I enjoyed the Lexie stuff and and I liked when Abe came to stand by her at the end. Tek is scaring me a bit-I am seeing him as a psycho soon.

Loved seeing Caroline/Shawn Sr and Julie Pinson was great. Loved her scenes with Bo and her realizing Steve/Kayla belong together. The little Billie/Caroline moment too. I am convinced Stephanie knows something and Shayna was much better in this episode. I also like how Days has different doctors know instead of just Lexie running around

Austin Peck is worse than Charity Rahmer. I've never seen a veteran actor who is so painful to watch. He never seems so aloof and like he's just waiting for the other actor to finish their line before he speaks. I am so glad that he is finally off our screens.

His line to Sami about throwing her ass out and hilarious. I just died laughing at how awful his delivery was. I hope the rumor that he tested for ATWT is not true. I may have to stop watching that show if they decent someone as awful as Austin Peck is good enough for Oakdale.

Abe is such a !@#$%^&*].

Carrie and Austin's last day was pathetic.

Just like Jack and Jen's exit.

"Let's hurry up and wrap this story up at warp speed."

"Happy Ending"...."Happy Ending...5 dolla"

I found it funny how both times the parties involved had to rush to the airport.

Like the plane out of town was about to leave in 5 minutes and they still had to pack... :P

Was the wedding really about Austin and Carrie? Or was it about Marlena and John's endless love?

I can not take one more of Marlena's orgasm moaning kisses. *shudders*

Kids shouldn't watch stuff like that.

I shouldn't watch that either.

I'm thinking the wedding was more about poor Sami.

She is so evil that people have to move to different countries to escape from her evilness?

How lame is that?

My poor poor sweet Sami. I still love ya girl.

Tell mommy poo and the rest of those stuffy Brady's to just sit on it.

Rion don't leave...you know you love it. Don't say you don't.

Come on. Just take one more hit.

You know you want to.

What could it hurt.

All the cool kids are doing it.

Trust me...

You Will Like It!

What? John and Marlena barely spoke. They said 'goodbye' to their daughter and 'thank you' for the forced "well wish" from Roman.

:lol::lol: Are you serious? You've gotta be kidding. But then again, you also think Kirsten Storms is a better actress than Martha Madison so....

I love you anyone RionPassions :)
