It's Tuesday, June 07, 2016... I do love me a bearded man!- HBO's Looking
Do they usually premiere various movies on Saturday? Also, if it means displacing two to three different shows that night, that may be why they don't want to (and one of them could be Last Week Tonight).- Supergirl: Discussion Thread
Major character appearing on the first two episodes of the new season.- HBO's Looking

Welcome to MONDAY, JUNE 06, 2016! It's a brand new week, make the most of it! Here's an Australian lad lol- HBO: Game of Thrones
What a stunner Clegane's return was. If there ever was a scene deserving a pre-credits treatment, this was it. How sad and poignant for him to finally try to give a normal life a go, all for it to turn to sh!t. Margaery's manipulation of the HS is so exciting, and wonderfully played by Natalie Dormer. Her scenes with the HS are always masterfully acted by both sides. I loved the moment Olenna realized Margaery was putting on an act. Cersei's heartbreak when she realized what a mess she'd made was also great. We saw a giant again! Fun. And Lady Mormont was just hilarious with her 62 men. Something tells me major conflict is coming between Jon and Sansa -- or she's just saved them. Production outdid itself with Riverrun. Just outstanding work. And the siege came out so much better than I could ever hope for. Very good stuff, and Jaime was just hot as f.uck. Yara's talk with Theon was heartbreaking. Theon's destruction has been one of the best storylines of the whole show and hopefully we'll see him return now. Alfie Allen's acting was so, so good... at the end of his talk, he looked at Yara and you could see he was coming back, you can almost believe he was never broken. You could see it all in his eyes (and Whelan connected so much with him). Just amazing. The Brotherhood is getting more and more involved in things. I wonder.... Arya buying passage was funny but damn that muthafucking waif. I hate that bitch. God it was all so good it was over before I realized it.- HBO: Game of Thrones

GOT producers and actors messing with each other. lol- Grey's Anatomy: Discussion Thread
Ellen Pompeo signs a new deal to remain on GREY'S, which is no big surprise. After all, Rhimes has as much as said before that Pompeo wasn't ready to be done yet (following Derek's exit), so they kept going, although it's almost certain it's more of a continued employment thing than anything else. I do wonder, however, if it's for many years or year-to-year.- Daily Hotness

Glimpses of the Mad King! Amazing, and I need more. As soon as the horseman showed up, I knew it was Benjen and so glad to finally learn what happened to him. It's brilliant that this was set up six years ago, a last-minute save that the show more than paid its dues for. Wonderful. And the promise that Bran will magically fight the Night's King (I hope magically) at the Wall? Amazing! The stuff with Arya was surprisingly good. The chemistry between her and the "Cersei" actress was fantastic and their scene was excellently played. "Joffrey" had a frightening resemblance to Joffrey during his death. I just love so much that she went back for her sword. Ew at H'ghar just cutting the face off. That shot of Arya blowing out the candle was fantastic. I fully expect sh!t to go down with this next week. Which, of course, didn't happen with the faith militant storyline. It was beautifully shot, the effects wonderful, Jaime in full man-in-control mode, but what a f ucking anti-climax. There very well might be more to come with this but they made it seem like it was building to something. Not good, not good at all. But I'd forgotten that Jaime was supposed to go off and deal with Frey and all that, so this was a nice way to get him to that point. And Cersei once again using strategy and cunning. The Sam/Gilly parts were excellent. I like Gilly so much now. They really made me believe Sam was going to leave her there, so it was a wonderful surprise when he came back. And I laughed so so so much at him taking the sword with him. Best part of the episode. Dany was also very well done but a bit of a let-down too. I get the importance of it: She needed to find a way to convince the Khalasar to come with her across the sea, but when it faded to black, I was left with: Wait, that was the ending? I was more interested in the detail of the two tubes that the fire comes out of in the dragon's mouth.... brilliant.- Daily Hotness
