This seems to be just a part of a larger situation - Max bettering himself, Max and Cindy, Max and Linda, maybe Max and Bea? - I don't necessarily like this aspect of it that much, but I can see where they're going with it. Unless you just don't like the entire thing lol

They're REALLY trying my patience with Jasmine. I don't know how much experience the actress has, but she seems very green to me, inconsistently turning in performances - and yet they insist on giving her really heavy material. HELLOoooo Mark!

Ravi should be shirtless checking out his body all the time. I thought Aaron Thiara did a good job with his confrontation of Harry and Nicola. There was a lovely tiny little moment when Yolande wiped the tears/runny nose from Patrick's face. Such an intimate moment but I swear I don't think RW knew she was going to do that, he seemed to be surprised LMAO at Jasmine on the back of the milk truck (amusing writing, terrible acting) and her recording herself killing someone. I mean...

Those scenes on Jan. 07th's episode where the doctor about to operate on Shona inadvertently insulted Bernie and later came back and she admitted how angry she was at Billy's death were so wonderful, and full of humanity. Not the type of scenes that would matter to the plot, or even make it into a synopsis, but heartbreaking and touching. Made all the better because neither one realized their connection.

Phew. That's a LOT of deaths/murders in just a handful of episodes. Celia, John, Ray, Bear (supposedly). And Joe - you naughty boy. At least he's very sexy.

Yeah, WTF cares?! BUT... if they were serious about him "changing", I could get behind that. I think that might be interesting. That flashforward (unless it is extremely misleading), showed there may not be any such intention.

I just had to sit back and accept the (somewhat entertaining) insanity of two psychos out-psychoing each other for Robert and Aaron. Really sad to see fabulous bitch Celia gone but that part of it made sense to me. Ray just suddenly turning up dead, too, however, felt VERY rushed. Guess we had to move on to the crossover... Not gonna lie, excited about Corriedale.

Processing that flashforward episode... I was mortified initially but a little intrigued by the end. It was supposed to function as a sort of year-long teaser/preview, I suppose, although I question the decision to show the entirety of what happens a whole year from now majorly. So, we already know the whole brouhaha about Max changing will mean nothing. And it's like being spoiled a whole year in advance. If I'm that interested in it, what's keeping me from just tuning in next year to see the resolution? Let's just hope they don't lose any of the actors that are present a year from now lol

Tyrone going after Kevin after he realizes Kevin left the pub and then reassuring him on the bench was very, very touching. Bless.

She is the only other one that could've made the show even a semblance of its past self -- and I believe she would've done better than that, barring interference and with the support of a good producer. The opportunity passed. Sadly, we shall never see that Y&R return, except maybe the final episode....
