  1. Traaaaash. Did they mean “devious” or is something else afoot? That seems like the only thing that makes sense. But it would also potentially be a story dead end on this show, if Tessa/Mariah is any indication. I know! Why not Sally and Nick? Maybe that’s somehow a possibility? What does THAT mean? The only thing on this entire list that’s interesting on its face.
  2. I don’t think they do at all, but they often feel totally oblivious to how stories are playing.
  3. I don’t care that much about Davis Cup, and I wish Novak would skip it. I know he feels obligated to play for Serbia, but he’s not young anymore. Let Lajovic and the second stringers wave the flag. Edit: Mektic and Pavic look primed to dismantle Novak and Krajinovic in doubles so it may not matter, but my point still stands. Up to him, but that elbow…
  4. I gasped when she brought up the drinking. She knows how to cut a bitch.
  5. This Chance reads really young to me. That’s not even taking wizened, sun-damaged old Donny Boaz into consideration. NuChance just has a college-dude vibe and voice to me. Broken record, but Billy needs a time-out. His latest scheme needs to be his exit story. It’s all too repetitive. CBS is insane if they think a strong tune-in hook is Abby telling Chance that Victor is throwing him a party. That was their “Next week on Y&R” cliffhanger.
  6. Sally should have been fired three times over for just rolling into folks’ offices and eavesdropping on conversations.
  7. Roark Critchlow has definitely aged out of that type, but Mark Valley looks similar, as he was already pretty rugged.
  8. This is guy No. 1:
  9. Nigeria 🇳🇬 vs Ivory Coast 🇨🇮
  10. Just imagine he’s wearing a really tight shirt:
  11. Yeah, I wasn’t entirely blaming TPTB, but it sucks indeed. It’s like having a winning lottery ticket you can’t cash in on.
  12. You had already posted about it LOL. Sorry.
  13. Easily. Just sad that Sprina had more potential than I’d personally seen in a soap couple in many, many years, and they can’t even take advantage of it.
  14. Dua Lipa’s “Levitating” is Billboard’s No. 1 Hot 100 song of 2021 in spite of never reaching No. 1 on the weekly chart: Drake (not Olivia Rodrigo) is their Artist of the Year: The disgraced Morgan Wallen has the year’s top album:
  15. I thought they had promise early on when Dante was still recovering. I don’t know: they had “something” for a brief moment. But in the routine world of the show, playing house and having dates, they are boring. But even with Sprina, who are played by dynamic actors and ooze chemistry, they are not really able to carry on a story, and they’ve lost a lot of momentum. Maybe SM isn’t as available with her class schedule, plus just the reality of soaps in 2021, but they aren’t maintaining the tension as much as I’d like.
  16. A much weaker statement from the ATP:
  17. I don’t like Eboni, and I wish I didn’t know who she was. As thirsty as they come. Nene needs better contouring on that Michael Jackson nose.
  18. Just watched it. He’s SO engaging, intelligent, and articulate. And gorgeous—much more than on the show. It’s insane than he’s 63. He looks younger than his onscreen younger brother. Alan, of course, steps on a few of his *great* stories, but CLB does a better job at navigating Alan than most. I’m actually going to get tickets to see CLB in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof here in NYC next month. (He’s playing Big Daddy off-Broadway.) ATWT fans will get a kick out of a lot of his anecdotes regarding Marisa Tomei, Meg Ryan, Eileen Fulton, Betty Rea, and others.
