  1. The other day, Finn mentioned to Chase that he was glad they didn’t know about Bailey/Louise (so they wouldn’t have gotten attached to their granddaughter).
  2. Wow. His films dominated my childhood.
  3. I’m surprised he hasn’t done one with VM yet (unless I’m mistaken—I think she was supposed to be a guest last year, but I couldn’t find an episode). VM showed up in the comments of Maurice’s IG Live yesterday, and he and his wife Paula couldn’t figure out how to add her in. Vanessa would be a great guest, not just for the S&B factor but because of all she’s endured in her life (the seven miscarriages, etc.).
  4. I liked Y&R’s fade to black and producer credits too. I loved GH’s end credits from the ‘90s: And GL’s end credits with the still shots of the cast in alphabetical order. I was also disappointed when they skipped those credits and just had the GL logo. It was also so weird when they ended with Kim Zimmer instead of Michael Zaslow.
  5. I don’t watch NJ anymore, but I saw the clip of Gia confronting Joe and telling Teresa and Melissa, “I don’t need an entourage.” She’s pretty poised.
  6. She’s Steven Moffat’s mother-in-law.
  7. Finally from FAA. He’s going to be so dominant if he keeps on this trajectory.
  8. You do this too well. JG might slide into your DMs with a job offer.
  9. Dan in the U.K. 🇬🇧
  10. That’s where the plot went off the rails. He should have stayed dead. But Cane as a con artist playing on the grief of Jill and the Chancellors at least could have been more interesting than what played out. His characterization was all over the place, and he should have been a short-term character ultimately. And the casting was all wrong, of course.
  11. I feel like a lot of the stories of that era on Y&R (from the initial Adam story to Cane as the imposter P3) seemed promising on paper. But MAB and her co-writers (Hamner, Sheffer, JG) lacked the skill to execute them without devolving into cheap camp.
  12. Haziq from Malaysia 🇲🇾
  13. Christopher in NYC 🇺🇸
  14. Why do we need a “To be continued…” on a fücking soap opera? 😂 @Veesaid they’d never pair Terry with anyone the show actually cared about. Hence digging deep into the archives.
  15. Lol. That’s definitely part of it, but it’s also odd writing. TempTaggart said, “One mo’ gin” regarding Esme’s name.
  16. Sam and Carly talk about Maxie being kidnapped by Peter as if they were making idle chat about the weather. Reminded me of Alexis and Sam being sorta “meh” over Luke’s death.
  17. LOL at Thomas’s impersonation of Brooke. That came all too naturally for Matthew Atkinson.
  18. Siiiigh. Such a good scene. AD was such a singular presence. She would have been more interesting as a Phyllis rival than SW, but of course they’d have had to write it differently. Alex would have instantly deflated a lot of Michelle’s antics. The shot of Phyllis through the handle of Diane’s purse was such a nice touch.
  19. Manuel from Argentina 🇦🇷 in London 🇬🇧
  20. Ah, the series Kate McKinnon dropped out of. She does look good. JLaw is doing the movie version.
