  1. Smart idea. They mentioned Noah is around 18 now, right? I'm just glad for once they had an off screen child be named and mentioned throughout the years after Carrie & Austin left together in 2012 with her pregnant. Speaking of pregnancies and talking about Melissa, I do remember when she visited for Bo & Hope's non-wedding of November 1996, Lisa Trusel was about to pop; full on preggo. I want to say they mentioned this was "baby number three" but I could be wrong. One of them turned out to be Nathan I guess. And yes, add me to the pile of Christie Clarke lovers. I'd love to have her back in any capacity.
  2. That's a guarantee for sure 😂
  3. OH SNAP! Well there's your next season's spot if you dare to stay (she'll need the coins, no matter how bad she looks) Wow... what a couple of dumbasses. Why didn't she just keep her legit career?
  4. Oy, that's kinda bleak. I think they'd be able to bring back Kristian Alfonso, with or without Reckell.
  5. That's kinda crazy, only 2 episodes in its entire run. Thanks for that nugget of info
  6. Agreed. She makes Sutton's mom look sweet. EDIT: Whoops, I should've read the whole thread. +1
  7. RHOP I enjoyed the premiere. Stacey being delusional enough to continue her blatant lies while throwing shade and staying on everyone's tongues is smart TV semi-villain. She definitely made a name for herself on this franchise which is something that sadly cannot be said of Keiarna... Someone online made a funny comment that Keiarna got a flute to keep her from suing Bravo for the Sesame Street character altercation (it was Sesame Street, right? I'm forgetting). Keiarna's beef with Wendy was flimsy and shot down from the get-go but I guess she will use that as her catalyst to keep the feud going. Mmkay. Ashley is stepping up as 1 of only 2 OG's left, to keep the story moving, the altercations entertaining, and giving everyone something to work with. And I'm glad to hear she got at least some money and is finally free to do her thing. While I don't mind Gizelle taking on the lead role during Karen's absense, I had to eyeroll when she was calling out Stacey for making things up, when just a short time ago, she made something out of nothing re: Chris Bassett. Still, she managed to do a good job of rehabbing her image last season and that looks to be the case going into this year. So far, I am really liking both newbies, Angel and Tia. They both show legs of standing on their own eventually. We need some strong new women in this group, since we've only got 2 OG's, one from season 5, and two sophomores who are basically kinda new (though Stacey is holding up strong). Looking forward to seeing Monique come back, and you know what? Hell, I actually get a kick out of seeing desperate Charriissee slither her way back onto the screen. I wouldn't mind a showdown between Monique and Cha-Cha...
  8. Nice to see a guy in his early 50's still being labeled as a "hot male" as his initial description. 😂
  9. Despite the iconic "Little Girl" moment, I do think at the heart of it, Mary and Whitney really do have a love for one another. Dare I say, Heather is like the Tamra of this group? But I mean, Tamra from over a decade ago just before people started calling her out as the head instigator/problem child of the group. Heather's time will come.
  10. Ooh I love!! And unless they're showcasing the "friends of", we got a whopping 9 castmembers with Contessa fully back, Mimi upgraded, plus 2 newbies. I wonder when they'll return?
  11. Any word on his buddy Jett Carver returning too? 😂
  12. Last night's mess was the perfect nonsense hilarious mess that puts a smile on my face during horrible times when we want to escape the horror that is this country. Bronwyn is proving to be the comeback kid who's not going to get the second season curse. Whitney is impressing me more than she has in years. Lisa Barlow's erratic spiraling is like watching a queen being usurped from her throne. Meredith is a little too far up Lisa's ass for my taste (oh, that sentence hits the ear wrong) but her input is usually a slow burn before a huge blowup. I love that Mary is showing loyalty to friends while at the same time calling things out (i.e. Lisa) for what they are. I don't know what Heather was doing with that questionable paint job, but I know there's a huge wrinkle I spied in the carpeting that would bug the bejeezus outta me; I'd work on fixing that first. I'm loving RHOSLC so far. Just what the doctor ordered.
  13. Eat, Drink, and be Mary. You can't not love that. lol
  14. I'll be listening today
  15. Samesies
  16. Can we offer this woman a contract? LOL
  17. He's got a younger brother not seen since '97... Ah the potential.
  18. I'm in agreement with everything. It was a good premiere (I don't care for the Blair Witch faux drama is which completely scripted baffoonery). I think the low-budget cast trip was a way to give us an immediate jolt from the get-go, like you said, and by Episode 3 we'll get into their personal lives (for those who actually have something going on beyond the show itself). Agreed on tossing Dollar Tree villain Angie first. Listen, she makes things move, I will give her that. She's like Tamra Judge's inbred sister from the trailer park in terms of being the necessary pot stirrer of this franchise. But overall, she's all performative, with a smirk on her face the entire time. I suppose it's all performative these days though, isn't it? Britani can't take social cues to save her life. I'm thinking it's still authentic, but it could be she's banking on her actual stupidity from last year and that's going to be her schtick. Mary is love. Schtick or not, her jokes always land.
  19. And in return, Late Night responded as such. To confront it is better than to ignore it and give us knock-knock jokes instead. Do I like hearing about Trump every night? Absolutely not and I look forward to the day we never utter his repulsive name. Until then, he's up for debate...
  20. And once upon a time, the top 10 primetime shows were pulling in 25 million viewers for every new show each week. "That was then; this is now," to quote Bill Bell.
  21. Exactly. Jimmy continues to point out the horrible and the absurd as an assertive measure to keep from normalizing what is not normal about Trump and his administration and their Project 2025 efforts to completely unravel this country.
  22. This is SO tame compared to what Jimmy has said of Trump (and rightfully so) and others in the past. All the more proof they were looking for any excuse to pull him to do right by The Don. So glad it backfired on them.
  23. Hahaha! So in my own lil soap opera head, I just say to myself Tony DiMera was Tony DiMera in 1993-1995 and again in 2002-2003, and at some point in '03, Andre made the switch, and we never had Real Tony back until John & Marlena saw him on a tropical island with two bikini clad ladies in tow. Yes, it makes no sense, but whatever. From then on, it's a total blur who was who for me, and I don't much care to even try to figure it out. Andre died and came back so many times I assume there was Andre I and Andre II. Honestly, I just liked the Tony plotline of the mid-90's and his return in '02, so I'm keeping that as canon in my head. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
