Hahaha... Good for her. Meanwhile, Toya is having another season of obnoxiousness.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
LOL yeah sorry, that's what I was inferring. They think Phaedra and Porsha are the answer to everything.

Mmhmm. That, or Phaedra.

ARTICLE: Film ‘A Murder Between Friends’ Starring Soap Alums Joan Collins, Nadia Bjorlin, Jacob Young & Trent Garrett Released
I'll be watching for Joan. Bless her heart, I didn't think we'd see her do something that's so low budge, but I'll go with it. Nice to see Nadia and MAGA moron Jacob too, I guess.

Side note: What is that lil emoji next to Teresa? Since they don't have a trinket to hold, I can't tell.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
LOL, I saw that cast roster and I'm like, "It's the exact same folks that were on UGT," with the addition of Lisa. Well, I'm sure it'll be cute nonetheless and we get to see Nene back (!) for an episode. Hopefully this is a foot back in the door to RHOA, where she is sorely missed.

DAYS: Four actors OUT!
So now, both of Paulina's daughters will be out of Salem. Are they keeping Jackée? Yes, Raven Bowen is the best of them all. And Carson, well, y'all have said it all. Not the greatest actor, a classic soap himbo, but certainly a better find than say, an Austin Peck. I'd be hesitant to wish B&B on anyone because of their high turnaround of hiring "a name," using them non-stop for 3 months, and then completely forgetting about them.

ARTICLE: ‘Days Of Our Lives’ Fires Four: Carson Boatman, Raven Bowens, Leo Howard & Ashley Puzemis
Cutting out the younger cast that actually clicked with the audience... This is strange and weird and definitely NOT the choices I would've made when it comes to trimming the fat, especially Carson and Raven as Johnny & Chanel.

Props to Eugene. Toya can be... a lot.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Thank you my friend ;) Yes 100% And yes, despite her stank attitude, poor planning, deliberate shade, and her hubby's stank friends judging them all, the whole episode has been fun to watch! haha

DAYS: January 2026 Discussion Thread
DAYS has gotten into a bad habit now of bringing new-faced recasts and not having a CLUE what to do with them after their first couple weeks. You'd think Bradley Bell was writing this. First, The Lady in White, now Peter Blake. Let's just piss on all the good memories of Aremid and DAYS of yore. What a waste of an opportunity; people have been clamoring for Peter to return for years. We always thought it was Missy's doing (and Ken Corday's respect of that) that the character stayed offscreen forever, but damn. They might as well have resurrected Andre, who I am convinced is a triplet.

DAYS: January 2026 Discussion Thread
Surprised so many people attended Leo & Javi's wedding, even if they were all the regular extras we see everywhere (I swear, we should start a venmo to give DAYS more money to shuffle up those extras and their pathetic wig rotations). Marlena no longer sees Leo professionally, right? Cuz lordy, attending his wedding is one thing, but being the officiant?

I hear ya. Nobody got time for watching something that's a chore. That's why during 2025, I went from trying to juggle catching up on 4 soap operas to only 1.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
:::shrug::: Either way, something doesn't add up. Overall, Meredith's star has fallen. Let her shine as "the cool mom" on that Next Gen mess. Heather is like Kyle is like Gizelle. They're firmly planted in their cities, like it or not. Completely different topic: I swear, I only check this thread nowadays; the new format of SON has got me wary of diving into show threads, so I gotta ask: is my man Jordi Vilasuso already airing on Beyond the Gates? :)

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Yikes, when you put it that way... but so true. Their actual personal life storylines were completely dropped across the board. I enjoyed the finale for what it was, but yeah, completely produced. After the Monica season and its epic finale, it's like watching subsequent Melrose Place season finales after the big boom of the apartment explosion. Yeah, there's a cliffhanger, but you can just tell the writers are trying to one-up themselves and it falls flat. Even Gloria Monty knew once Luke & Laura got hitched, it's all a slow downhill afterwards. Here's the thing: I'd be more welcoming of Meredith getting "paused" than Heather. Like you said, Meredith hasn't given much other than her usual over-the-top malfunctioning Rosie-The-Robot emotional outbursts. Whatever happened on that damn plane, I'm Team Everyone Else. Clearly, it was harsh and gross, and no matter kind of JD Vance maneuvers Lisa Barlow tries to explain away, it's clear the whole situation was disturbing. Happy belated holidays everyone, by the way! I was one of those unfortunate souls who got the flu badly over the holiday break. Add to that, a wisdom tooth with persistently sharp pain (never wait until your 40's to get those pulled... "big mistake; huge mistake!") But enough about me :) POTOMAC: So Karen's going to be at the reunion?!? OMG LOL she reclaims her first seat! Well okay, she's not there the whole time, but it just goes to show she was always a part of the show, even with her absence. Between that, the Wendy scandal, Angel's stank ass, Monique's return, and unbothered Stacey continuing to get under Ashley & Gizelle's skin, this reunion is gonna be a banger! Oh... and Beverly Hills. I didn't even miss its 2 week hiatus during break. And it sounds like other Housewives fans didn't either. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
LOL, I just watched the first episode and I'm hooked. I won't spoil names just yet, but despite her mess in her last few Housewives years, she is absolutely perfect as a traitor as long as she remembers to use her acting skills. The other female traitor pick, well, I would've preferred it be Porsha or Dorinda. Side note: With her plastic surgeries, injections and terrible haircut, Lisa Rinna looks like the combo of a little boy and a mouse. Her look is.... strange.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
In the woulda coulda shoulda's, I wonder where we'd be if a couple years ago they had ditched Kyle and Erika, brought back LVP and Camille, and those 2, Garcelle, Sutton, and Dorit could've been the solid 5, with Dorit having to grovel to get back into LVP's good graces. Plus, Camille vs. Dorit is always comical.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Ah, so RHOBH thinks they're Y&R circa 1990's heyday. Perhaps it's because the show is 15 years old now, but the younger franchises Potomac and SLC still have a fresh energy to it by comparison as they air simultaneously. RHOBH seems stale with its same faces (well, same people) doing the same old stuff. Potomac is wisely planning its next era, as more of the OG's are going by the wayside. Salt Lake City might struggle down the line because the pool of talent in that city is small. But RHOBH isn't really evolving anymore. The Garcelle bashing looks like the mean girls trying to rationalize to themselves (the audience) that everything they did was right and Garcelle's reactions were in the wrong. Well, I'm glad the debut season's numbers were lackluster.

Re: Mary. Exactly. That's the real queen of this franchise, and the fans love her.

How many years later and Erika is still a "survivor" from the Tom/loss-of-money ordeal, blah blah blah...

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Meh, I'm good with Bronwyn. She's meshed in nicely with the gang, having faux friendships with some and beefs with others. She's not a dud like others they've tried to bring into the mix (the other Angie, the other Jennie, plus the couple other peeps whose names don't even register), and I find her family life a good mix of messy and complicated, with some of their life on display while other aspects stay hidden (for now). Definitely good for another season at least. I liked Tuesday's episode; good blend of personal lives as well as a patriotic dinner party from hell du jour. I swear though, Meredith has lost me. Her persistent gaslighting makes her look unwell in the head. Whitney's husband is SO in the doghouse for blowing up her business; you could tell they were playing nice for the cameras with his plastered grin and her fighting back her anger.
