In my opinion, the final deciding factor came after that first disastrous debate on Sept. 29th. America was just tired of that man. He is exhausting and I think the independents or those waffling finally woke up and realized they/we couldn't do another 4 years of the same. At least, that's the vibe I got.

Wow, they made this decision early. The season just started! But it makes sense. I forgot about the Jenn Ayden / Danielle altercation. And I can’t follow all the social media messiness so I didn’t know about that MelissasOldNose account with Teresa/Jenn either. Oh yeah we are for sure getting a major overhaul. [Side note: Jeezus the pop-ups on this site are ridiculous while trying to type on your phone.]

Side Note: I felt the same way (renovated to shiny but soulless) when I saw the interior photos of the famous Home Alone house that's currently on the market. But I digress...

Good grief, Bethenny needs to take her own advise and find a hobby.... preferably one that doesn't involve filming herself. Is she just bored with her life or is she so hungry for any type of spotlight that she does these random Day of Reckonings on any little minor inconvenience that her entitled 1% ass has to "suffer" through? I just don't get her anymore.

I agree. There's a disconnect with me, where I'm watching but I'm not really rooting for anything or anyone. They're all rotten. Half of it is performative (the newbies especially), and the other half is genuine hatred. I used to stan for Marge, but they're really all in the same pod. Like you, the only castmember I still genuinely like is Dolores. The upcoming changes in alliances and feuds are just a :::shrug::: for me because its so strategic for the show. I'll watch but I'm not engaged. Andy did mention that they wouldn't be able to film another year with the cast so divided and filming so separated, so I gather this is the final act of this toxic era [and onto the next...]

Oh wow! Cynthia returns as a friend and Shamea gets an official upgrade. And there I thought they'd throw Sheree another bone collector and bring her back so we'd have more familiar faces on this soft reboot.

F**king hell, I forgot to stock up on Tums and Mylanta before the premiere. Like last season, last night's premiere just gives me the constant cringes and tension in my belly. I just don't know if I can call this show entertainment anymore. Just looking at half the mens' bloated reddened faces gives me fear one of their heads will literally explode. Oy, I don't even know what to make of the shifting alliances that are coming up, along with all the behind the scenes strategizing and manipulation. RHONJ is the Ultimate Survivor game of all cities. I'm in agreement with you; I can only stomach Dolores. She's the only sane woman who isn't doing backflips trying to align herself up with the right person to keep a spot on the show.

Yeah, I wouldn't call the last couple seasons necessarily good, but like a long-running soap opera that's a shell of its former self, I continue watching out of loyalty. I hope they cook up something good for the final six.
